(Prior Art) Conventionally, in accordance with the Fire Service Act and other related standards, fixed fire extinguishing devices have been installed in each protected object according to its type. Fixed fire extinguishing systems are broadly divided into those that emit gases such as C0w gas and halide gas or extinguishing powder, and those that emit water-based extinguishing agents. Although fire extinguishing systems have the advantage of not damaging the protected object, they do not have sufficient cooling effect and hot parts remain even after the fire has been extinguished, making it easy to re-ignite, and there are cases where the fire cannot be extinguished even after discharging the stored amount of extinguishing agent. However, they have drawbacks such as the inability to continue extinguishing fires. Therefore, two systems of fire extinguishing systems, one using gas or dry extinguishing agent and the other using water-based extinguishing agent, are installed in parallel in protected areas where important objects to be protected are located, but this is not economical and There were problems in that the fire extinguishing piping was complicated, and the extinguishing piping and nozzle itself of one fire extinguishing system became an obstacle, making it impossible for the other fire extinguishing system to fully demonstrate its performance.

(Example) Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the illustrated example.
In Figure 1, (1) is the protected area, (2) is the fire extinguishing pipe installed in the protected area (1), and (3) is the fire extinguishing pipe installed in large numbers at appropriate locations in the protected area (2). It is a nozzle device. (4) is a water-based extinguishing agent supply source such as a water pump, (
5) is a gas or dry powder extinguishing agent supply source such as a halide gas cylinder, and the base of the extinguishing piping (2) is connected via a valve (6) and extinguishing agent selection valves (7) and (8) in the event of a fire. and is configured to be selectively connected to either a water-based extinguishing agent supply source (4) or a gas or powder-based extinguishing agent supply source (5). Further, the nozzle device (3) has a nozzle (10) for a water-based extinguishing agent and a nozzle (11) for a gas or powder-based extinguishing agent connected in a bifurcated manner at the tip of the switching valve (9). For example, the switching valve (9) is connected to the valve body (1) as shown in FIG.
2) with a spring (13) and a 5-shaped hole (18) inside.
) with a transparent movable valve body (14), and the valve body (12) has a connection port (15) with the fire extinguishing pipe (2) on the end face opposite to the spring (13). A connection port (16) for a water-based extinguishing agent nozzle (1o) and a nozzle (11) for gas or powder extinguishing agent are provided on the side wall.
A connection port (17) is provided. In general, the pressure of a water-based extinguishing agent is around 3.5 kg/aj, whereas the pressure of a gas or dry extinguishing agent is relatively high at 9 to 10 kg/-, so if the water-based extinguishing agent is in the fire extinguishing pipe (2), When supplied, the movable valve body (14) of the switching valve (9) is balanced in the position shown in Fig. 2, and the water-based extinguishing agent is passed through the hole (18) and the connection port (16) to the nozzle for the water-based extinguishing agent ( When gas or dry powder extinguishing agent is supplied to the fire extinguishing piping (2), the movable valve body (14) descends while compressing the spring (13) and fills the hole (18). ) will be in communication with the connection port (17), and the gas or powder extinguishing agent will be discharged from the gas or powder extinguishing agent nozzle (11).

(Function) When a fire occurs, the base of the fire extinguishing pipe (2) is first connected to the gas or dry powder extinguishing agent supply source (5).
When a high-pressure gas such as a halide gas or a powder extinguishing agent is supplied to the extinguishing pipe (2),
The switching valve (9) of the nozzle device (3) arranged in large numbers in the fire extinguishing pipe (2) is activated by the pressure of the gas or powder extinguishing agent, and switches the gas or powder extinguishing agent to the gas or powder extinguishing agent. Fire is emitted from the nozzle (11) to extinguish the protected area (1) with gas or powder. If the fire is extinguished only with gas or powder, the fire extinguishing system will cease to operate, but if the fire cannot be extinguished even after releasing the specified amount of gas or powder, the fire extinguishing piping (2)
is connected to the water-based extinguishing agent supply 1ffl (5), which flows through the same extinguishing pipe (2) to reach the nozzle device (3). Since the water pressure of water-based extinguishing agents is generally much lower than that of gas or dry powder extinguishing agents, the switching valve (9) switches depending on the pressure difference, and the water-based extinguishing agent is transferred to the water-based extinguishing agent nozzle (1 o
) and can completely extinguish fires that could not be extinguished with gas or dry powder extinguishers alone.

As described above, the fixed fire extinguishing system of the present invention is capable of discharging two types of extinguishing media: gas or powder extinguishing agent and water-based extinguishing agent, so when a fire occurs, it is necessary to first extinguish the fire with gas or powder extinguishing agent. If the fire cannot be extinguished using this method, the fire can be extinguished using a water-based extinguishing agent, making it possible to extinguish a fire by taking advantage of the advantages of both methods. In addition, the fire extinguishing piping (2) can be used in common, so two systems can be used. It is more economical than installing in parallel. Also, dedicated nozzles (10) and (11) are used for gas or powder-based extinguishing agents and water-based extinguishing agents, respectively.
In addition, since they are connected to the switching valve (9) in a bifurcated manner, one nozzle will not obstruct the other nozzle and impede the extinguishing function. Since the flow path is switched according to the type of extinguishing agent to be supplied, the nozzle can be switched reliably even in the event of a fire.

In addition, in cases where the fire can be extinguished with gas extinguishing, such as a smoldering fire, but the source of the fire remains deep inside, it is possible to completely extinguish the fire by extinguishing it with water. In this example, water is used as the water-based fire extinguishing agent, but there is no specification as long as it is a water-based fire extinguishing agent such as a foam fire extinguishing agent or a reinforced liquid fire extinguishing agent, and it is also possible to change gas fire extinguishing to powder fire extinguishing. , in this case fire extinguishing nozzles (10), (11

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention is capable of selectively discharging a water-based extinguishing agent and a gas or powder-based extinguishing agent using a common fire extinguishing pipe. It is more economical than installing two systems of fire extinguishing systems in parallel, and one does not interfere with the function of the other, and the switching valve operates reliably in the event of a fire to extinguish the fire properly. It is something that can be done. Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as a fixed fire extinguishing system that solves the conventional problems.
