図中、１はシリンダブロツク、２はメインオイ
ルギヤラリ、３はチエツクバルブ、４はオイルジ
エツトパイプ、５はピストン、６はばね、７はオ
イルジエツトギヤラリ、８はケーシング、９は油
通路、１０はサーボバルブ、１１はバルブケーシ
ング、１２はダイヤフラム、１３は横孔、１４は
ピストンバルブ、１５は油圧室、１６は油通路、
１７はスプリング、１８は油溝、１９は通孔であ
る。
