つて上記シートバツクに対する係合部が異なるよ
うに形成され、 上記両リターンスプリングの合成されたばね力
によつて上記シートバツクの起立に必要なトルク
が確保され、上記シートバツクの中立位置の近傍
から前傾方向にかけてはほぼ１本のリターンスプ
リングのばね力によりトルクを付与するようにし
