Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying a change-over means for an emergency suction pipe of an oil purifier unit in an arrangement in which a pretreatment unit for the oil purifier unit, a buffer tank, the oil purifier unit, etc. are coupled in series in the mentioned order, by devising the position of installation of the buffer tank and the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION:A C heavy oil treatment device for a ship has a set ring tank 01 for receiving untreated C heavy oil from a pipe line 01a, an pretreatment unit 02 positioned before an oil purifier unit, for sucking C heavy oil from the bottom section of the set ring tank 01 and for pretreating the same, and a buffer tank 3 for temporarily reserving C heavy oil after pretreatment. Further, there are provided an oil purifier unit 04 for purifying C heavy oil in the above-mentioned tank 03 and a service tank 05 for reserving purified C heavy oil. In the above-mentioned device, the buffer tank 3 is installed substantially at the same level as that of the set ring tank 01, and has a height corresponding to the height of the tank 01. The upper section of the tank is connected with an overflow pipe line 3a and the lower section thereof is connected with an emergency discharge pipe line 4d disposed therein with a check valve 4e.

1, an oil purifier pretreatment unit (hereinafter referred to as pretreatment unit) 02, which suctions and preprocesses the settled C heavy oil from the bottom of the settling tank 01 through the suction pipe 02a, and preprocesses the pretreated C heavy oil. A buffer tank 03 is used to temporarily store oil through a discharge pipe 02b, and a buffer tank 0 is used to maintain the oil level 03a of the buffer tank 03.
An overflow pipe 03b for returning part of the C heavy oil accumulated in the tank 3 to the settling tank 01 is provided.

Next, the pretreated heavy oil C is sucked from the bottom of the buffer tank 06 through the suction pipe 04a, and then the oil purifier unit 04 is used for TFF purification, and the purified heavy oil C is passed through the discharge pipe 04b and stored in a receiving unit. service tank 05
, a service pipe line 05a attached to the bottom of the service tank 05 for supplying heavy oil C to each destination, and a reservoir for returning excess processed oil to the settling tank 01 due to continuous operation of the oil purifier unit 04. An overflow line OSB is provided.

Here, the oil processing capacity of the pretreatment unit 02 is selected to be better than the oil cleaning capacity of the oil purifier unit 04, so the liquid level 03a of the buffer tank 06 is always maintained at the level of the overflow pipe 03b. Furthermore, since the oil purifying capacity of the oil purifier unit 04 is selected to be as large as the supply capacity from the service pipe 05a, the service tank 05 is always maintained at the level of the overflow pipe 05b.

However, if the pretreatment unit 02 breaks down, the supply of heavy oil C to the puffer tank 03 will be stopped, so the suction valve 02C of the pretreatment unit 02 and the buffer tank discharge valve Q4c will be closed, and the oil purifier unit 04 will be closed. The suction valve 04e of the emergency suction pipe Q4d is opened to supply C heavy oil to the oil purifier unit 04, and oil processing is continued.

Therefore, when converting these C heavy oil processing equipment into independent units,
Various monitoring and protection devices are required. For example, when the pretreatment unit 02 stops abnormally, the operation of the related line valves can be automated to switch to the emergency suction line Q and ID of the oil purifier unit 04. Or, after automatically stopping the oil purifier unit I-04, manually operate the related line valves for switching to the emergency suction line 04d of the oil purifier unit 04, and then shut down the oil purifier unit 04. I am trying to restart 04.

In the above diagram, the same symbols as in Figure 2 indicate the same members, and 3 is located downstream of the pretreatment unit 02 and is installed at the same level as the settling tank 01. A pumper chamber having a height corresponding to the height of the pump chamber 3, the top of the pumper chamber 3 has a discharge pipe 02b from the pre-processing unit 02, and the top has an overflow pipe 3a to the settling tank 01. A check valve 4e is inserted at the bottom and an emergency discharge pipe 4d from the settling tank 01 is provided, and a discharge pipe 04a to the oil purifier unit 04 is provided at the bottom.

In such a device, when the pretreatment unit 02 stops abnormally, the oil level 3b in the buffer chamber 3 gradually decreases and becomes equal to the oil level 01b in the settling tank 01 because the oil purifier unit 04 is in operation. The oil level difference H gradually decreases, and finally, the oil level reverses and the oil level reaches 01.
When b becomes higher, the check valve 4e inserted into the emergency suction pipe 4d opens due to the pressure difference between the front and rear, and the C heavy oil in the settling tank 01 automatically passes through the check valve 4e. The oil is continuously supplied to the expansion chamber 3 → suction pipe 04a → oil purifier unit 04 → discharge pipe 04b → service tank 05.

At this time, the buffer chamber 3 becomes a chamber with a height corresponding to the height of the settling tank 01.
Since it has a relatively large horizontal cross-sectional area, the check valve 4e
The operation of the emergency suction pipe 4 is relatively slow, and therefore
The switching operation to d is performed stably.

In addition, pre-processing unit 02. Even if the throughput of the oil purifier unit 04 is freely set based on the oil properties at the time, continuous oil flow within the apparatus can be automatically ensured.
