間でガソリンが供給されるようになり、両燃料が
同時供給されるのを避けられない。また、LPGベ
ンチユリをガソリンベンチユリと共通にした併用
方式、LPGベンチユリを気化器入口に設けたアダ
プタ方式、ガソリン気化器と吸入管との間にLPG
混合器を設けたスペーサ方式のいずれの構造の両
用気化器においても、ガソリン使用時には耐圧容
器とベーパライザとの間でLPGが遮断されるので
ベンチユリ負圧または吸入管負圧がベーパライザ
に直接作用し、ベーパライザの内部はかなり高い
負圧になる。従つて、大気圧よりも少し低い負圧
で作動するように調整されている二次弁レバーが
高負圧力によつて必要以上に動作させられ、次第
に曲げ変形して正常な開閉動作が行えなくなると

く、同時供給に伴う出力低下、排出ガス中の有害
物質の増加という不都合が軽減乃至解消されるの
である。また、LPG通路に導入される空気はベー
パライザに高い負圧が作用するのを防止するの
で、大気圧よりも少し低い負圧で作動するように
調整されている二次弁レバーを高負圧力で必要以
上に動作させて次第に曲げ変形させるという問題
がなくなり、常に正常な開閉動作を行わせること
ができるものである。
