Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、自動車用樹脂製バンパの改良に関

近年、自動車の軽量化という観点から、車体部
品の合成樹脂化が試みられており、バンパについ

しかしながら、樹脂製バンパは、従来の鉄製バ
ンパに比較して強度上の問題特に耐衝撃性におい

ースを補強し、或いはバンパフエース内に高剛性
の衝撃分散板を埋込んだ衝撃吸収バンパが提案さ

かるリブひけは、いうまでもなくバンパの外観を
損ね、特に、バンパにボデー色塗装を施す場合に
は、このリブひけが強調されるといつた問題があ

部材を介在させた状態でバンパを一体成形し、こ
の樹脂製インサート部材によつて、上記の会合部
におけるひきつれ即ちリブひけを防止するように

パフエース5と、バンパフエース5の裏面(内壁
面)側を補強する縦リブ6,…,6および上下の
横リブ7,7′と、バンパフエース4の縦面2お
よび上面3と縦リブ6の会合部との間に介在させ
た縦面側、上面側樹脂製インサート部材8,9と

の上縁6bに夫々接続する部分8aと8a,9a
と9a間には、開口10,11を設けて、インサ
ート部材8,9の重量の軽減および材料の節減を

ート部材は樹脂製であるから樹脂製バンパの軽量
