【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は走行玩具の車体に関し、特に、アルミ
ニウムの冷間鍛造により成形する車体において車

従来、アルミニウムの冷間鍛造によつて車体を
形成する場合、車台を取付けるためのボスを一体

一方、アルミニウムの車体は仕上製品の外観装

取付用ボスを突設することにより上記問題を解決
することができるが、インサート成形された合成
樹脂の肉厚を厚くすることによつて剛性を向上で
きる反面、成形時の熱によつてアルマイト処理部

の工程において、プレス加工により、前記車体の
窓部にはおのおの開口部1aが打ち抜かれる。こ
の車体1の表面は、外観装飾と耐蝕性および硬度

材2の一部に連なる連設部2aとともに取付用の
ボス3,3が一体成形されるが、この部分も合成
樹脂の肉付をできるだけ少くする一方で、同ボス
部3,3に対する補強用のリブ4,4を突設する
ことにより所望の機械的強度を確保することがで
