【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は走行玩具の車体に関し、特に、アルミ
ニウムの冷間鍛造により成形する車体において車
台との取付部の構造を提供するものである。

することができるが、インサート成形された合成
樹脂の肉厚を厚くすることによつて剛性を向上で
きる反面、成形時の熱によつてアルマイト処理部
にヒビ割れが生ずる等の欠点が生じてしまう。

の車体1の表面は、外観装飾と耐蝕性および硬度
を高めるために、アルマイト処理が施される。

ボス3,3が一体成形されるが、この部分も合成
樹脂の肉付をできるだけ少くする一方で、同ボス
部3,3に対する補強用のリブ4,4を突設する
ことにより所望の機械的強度を確保することがで
きる。
