【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は特に自動車用として便利な座席に関す

側方に折畳み式の補助椅子が取付けられている場
合が多い。該補助椅子３は第１図および第２図に
示すように座席１のアームレスト１Ａ，１Ａの１
側部にブラケツト２を介して枢着されており、不
使用時は第１図に示すように背もたれ部３Ａを座
席３Ｂ上に倒して折畳み、このように折畳んだ補
助椅子３を起立せしめておき、使用時は第２図に
示すように折畳んだ補助椅子３を横に倒して背も
たれ部３Ａを起立せしめるものである（実開昭55
年93350号参照）。しかしこのような構成では補助
椅子の不使用時にあつても折畳んだ補助椅子が座
席１の側方に突出して邪魔になる。特に座席１を
回転可能にして対座させる場合には突出した補助

本考案は上記従来の欠点を改良して補助椅子の

レストは一対の片体を蝶着して補助椅子の背もた

１となる。片体１１Ａ，１１Ｂの側面には夫々対
応する位置に孔２１Ａ，２１Ｂが設けられてお
り、孔２１Ｂには係止棒２２が摺動自在に挿着さ
れている。そして係止棒２２には片体１１Ｂ表面
から外出する把手２３が取付けられており、第９
図に示す状態では片体１１Ａ，１１Ｂは開閉自在
であり、第１０図に示す状態、即ち補助椅子の背
もたれ部となる時には片体１１Ａ，１１Ｂは孔２
１Ａ，２１Ｂに係止棒２２が差渡されるから開い

の座部は適宜に設置出来るから本考案の必須の要
