Claims (1)
皮膜を形成した上に、半導体性電解質層、陰極層
を順次積層形成してコンデンサ素子を構成し、そ
のコンデンサ素子の陽極導出線に陽極金属端子を
接続すると共に、前記陰極層に陰極金属端子を導
電性塗料、又は半田により接続し、コンデンサ素
子陰極層の表面上と裏面上又は、少なくともどち
らかの面上の一部を絶縁性物質で覆いコンデンサ
素子陰極層面より突出した部分をそれぞれ形成し
、これをトランスフアー方式、又は注型方式で樹
脂外装したことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ
。 (2) 絶縁物として、60〜250℃で軟化する
、又は一時的に再溶解し、再び硬化するエポキシ
、シリコーン等の合成樹脂を使用することを特徴
