[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a prefabricated head manhole.
The purpose of this is to guide running water such as wastewater flowing into the manhole into the lower block in order to prevent a large difference in water flow from occurring, and to allow the manhole to be assembled and installed in a large, vertically long structure. It is in.

Conventionally, manholes of this type had shallow bottoms and were installed in large numbers at short intervals, which posed problems in that installation required time and cost, and maintenance and inspection were not easy.

The present invention is intended to improve this problem, and will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
form. The block 6 is provided with a guide groove 4 for inflow water having an inner wall 2 and a bottom plate 3 parallel to the inside of one side 1, and a drop hole 5 for the inflow water on the bottom plate 3 at one longitudinal end of the guide groove 4. There are two types: a block 6a for drilling, and a block 6b for drilling the inflow water drop hole 5 on the bottom plate at the other end on the longitudinal side, or a type of block in which a groove for forming the drop hole 5 is punched on the bottom plate 3 at both ends. It is formed in 7 is an upper concave surface provided for fitting and assembling each block, and 8 is a lower convex surface.

The two blocks 6a and 6b or blocks with drop holes punched out are successively fitted and stacked on the water sump block 9, which is installed with side 1 aligned so that the guide grooves 4 overlap in the same row and below and the drop holes 5 alternate. Alternatively, the guide grooves 4 may be arranged so that the guide grooves 4 form an L-shaped reciprocating path in plan view, with the drop holes 5 alternately positioned, or even partially L-shaped.
A large, vertically long manhole is assembled by fitting and stacking them so that they form a flow channel that is partially I-shaped.

4 is a step for raising and lowering. Water flowing into the manhole from the inflow pipe 10 flows through the guide groove 4, passes through the drop hole 5, enters the third stage guide groove 4, and flows from the drop hole 5 at the other end of the guide groove 4 to the fourth stage guide groove. The water is guided into the groove 4 and then into the guide groove of the lower block and flows into the water reservoir block 9. Therefore, even if the manhole is assembled into a large vertically long manhole, there will be no collision due to the head difference between the manhole and the accumulated water in the water storage block, and as a result, there will be no foul odor or noise caused by collision with the accumulated water. This has the effect of preventing the occurrence of water sump block 9 and the inner surface of each block 6 from early fatigue and damage. This has the effect of reducing construction time and costs, and facilitating maintenance and inspection.
