(b) Prior art As shown in Utility Model Publication No. 57-60962, such a tablet packaging machine stores various types of tablets in respective tablet containers, and selects a specific tablet container depending on the prescription content. is driven to take it out to the packaging mechanism and package it. To explain with reference to FIG. 1, a large number of tablet containers 1 are arranged for each type of tablet, and when the type and number of tablets and the number of packages are specified using an external operator (not shown), a predetermined tablet container 1 is arranged. 1 is driven to extract the tablet into the hopper 7. One package of tablets held by the hopper 7 is stored in the packaging section 8.
The solution is introduced into a pouch formed by vertically sealing the folded wrapping paper, and the opening of the pouch is sealed for packaging. In addition, each tablet container 1 is assigned a code, and by comparing and registering the stored tablet name of each tablet container 1 and its corresponding code by key operation on the operating device, each tablet container 1 can be assigned a code. When the type of tablet is set and the name of the tablet to be packaged is input by key at the time of packaging, the operating device automatically reads a code, designates and drives the tablet container 1 corresponding to the code, and extracts the tablet. And furthermore, Tokukai Sho
As shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 54-38887, it is common that a tablet detection sensor is attached to each tablet container 1 so that a drug detection signal is generated by detecting a extracted tablet. When such a tablet detection sensor is provided, the tablet container 1
If the drug detection signal is not transmitted from the tablet container 1 even when the tablet container 1 is driven, or if it continues to be transmitted, the code number of the tablet container 1 in which the malfunction has occurred is displayed on the CRT attached to the operating device as an abnormality. I'm starting to do that.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention However, according to the above configuration, when an abnormality occurs,
It takes time and effort to find the tablet container 1 with the code number displayed on the CRT, and the operator must always know the code number and pill name accurately, which is extremely troublesome.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a storage unit in a tablet container that is set by a tablet extraction signal output to a tablet extraction drive unit and reset by a drug detection signal from a tablet detection sensor. A device is provided for forming a display signal by ORing the set signal of the storage section and the drug detection signal, and the tablet container is further provided with a display device connected to perform a display operation based on the display signal.

(e) Effect If the tablet detection sensor does not generate a drug detection signal even if the tablet extraction signal is output and the tablet container is driven, the storage section is held in the set state and the display device continues to display the display signal. Indicates that it has been introduced and is abnormal. Further, even if a drug detection signal is generated, if this signal continues due to, for example, a tablet clogging occurring in a tablet detection sensor, the display device continues to display the signal.

(F) Embodiment FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the connection between the control section 9 of the operating device and each tablet container 1, and the control section 9 is connected to the output line N1 .
N2 . . . Outputs the code number of the tablet to be packaged by Nn, and outputs a set signal and a reset signal at the set line S and reset line R, respectively. Each tablet container 1 is equipped with a tablet detection sensor near the tablet drop opening, and is configured to introduce a drug detection signal to the control unit 9 through line 1 when a tablet is extracted. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the circuit of the tablet container 1, where 10 is a flip-flop circuit in which the set line S and the reset line R are connected to the set side and the reset side, respectively, and 2 is a flip-flop circuit in which the set output of the flip-flop circuit 10 is used as a tablet extraction signal. 11 is a switch device in which the code of the type of tablet contained therein is preset;
2 is the output code from the control unit 9 and the switch device 1
a comparison device for comparing the code set to 1; 4;
is a tablet detection sensor. The storage device 3 is set by the set signal from the flip-flop circuit 10 and reset by the drug detection signal from the tablet detection sensor 4, and the set output terminal Q is connected to the display device 5 through the OR gate 13 together with the tablet detection sensor 4. . That is, the OR gate 13 forms a display signal by ORing the detection signal and the set signal of the flip-flop circuit 10, which is a storage section.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained. First, the control section 9
is the code number related to the specified tablet type.
Output to output lines N 1 , N 2 …… No in decimal code,
At the same time, a set signal is output to the set line S.
Therefore, a match signal is obtained from the comparison device 12 of the tablet container 1 in which the code number outputted from the control section 9 and the number set in the switch device 11 are equal, and is introduced into the data terminal D of the flip-flop circuit 10. Ru. Since the flip-flop circuit 10 also receives a set signal from the control section 9 through the line S, it is set, and the tablet extraction drive section 2 starts the tablet extraction operation. When the extracted tablet is detected by the tablet detection sensor 4 and a drug detection signal is introduced from the driven tablet container 1 to the control section 9 via the line L, the control section 9 is reset to the reset line R. A signal is output to reset the flip-flop circuit 10, and the tablet extraction drive section 2 stops operating. If multiple tablets of the same type are taken out in one package, this operation is repeated according to the number of tablets, and if other types of tablets are also taken out in the same package, the code number and set signal for that tablet type are output. When the above-mentioned actions are carried out and tablets of the required type and number in one package are taken out into the hopper 7, they are introduced into the packaging section 8 and packaged.

When a set output is generated from the flip-flop circuit 10 in such an operation, the display device 5 is displayed based on the set output inputted via the OR gate 13 until the storage section 3 is set and reset by the agent detection signal. A display operation is performed so that the operator can confirm that the tablet container 1 is being driven. However, if there are no more tablets stored in the tablet container 1, or if an abnormality occurs in the tablet detection sensor 4 and no drug detection signal is generated, the storage unit 3 is held in the set state and the display device 5 does not display any information. Continues and displays abnormality. Furthermore, even if a drug detection signal is normally generated from the tablet detection sensor 4, the tablet is detected by the tablet detection sensor 4.
If the agent detection signal continues to be generated due to clogging in the vicinity, the display device 5 continues to display the agent detection signal and displays an abnormality despite the reset of the storage section 3.

(g) Effects of the invention According to the invention described in detail above, when an abnormality occurs, the tablet container itself that has become abnormal displays an indication, making it easier to deal with the problem. Moreover, since the display device operates simultaneously with the generation of the tablet extraction signal and becomes inactive when the normal extraction operation is completed, the extraction of the tablet can be easily confirmed.
