The metal screw member 1 in Figure 1 is an internally threaded member, and an undercut 2 is provided on a part of the outer periphery to form the part where the plastic molded product is embedded. Prevents it from falling out and preventing rotation. Fig. 2 shows a completely recessed internal threaded member 3, which is formed by providing an undercut 2 on the front outer periphery, and Fig. 3 shows an external threaded member 4 in place of the metal threaded part 1 shown in Fig. 1, and the entire periphery. A stud is shown in which an undercut 2 is applied to a part of the stud.

Disadvantages of this method include thermal stress due to the difference in linear expansion coefficient between the metal insert and the plastic being molded, and furthermore, when the resin solidifies from a molten state, the difference in heat conduction causes problems between the insert periphery and the main body. Internal stresses arise due to differences in cooling rates.

合も同様である。 However, in the case of the appearance-oriented parts shown in FIG. 4, amorphous resins are often used because they are excellent in terms of appearance, rigidity, dimensional accuracy, etc. Further, the shrinkage rate of the crystalline resin is 18/1000 to 22/1000, while that of the amorphous resin is 4/1000 to 6/1000. Incidentally, crystalline resins have many drawbacks such as shrinkage during molding, and the cost is about twice as high. For this reason, the appearance-oriented parts shown in Fig. 4,
Amorphous resin is suitable for the main body of both the mechanical parts shown in FIG. Note that although a metal screw is used as the metal insert in the illustrated example, the same applies to other metal members.

合に締付けトルクのみに耐えれば十分である。 According to the present invention, by not using a metal component connecting member, there is no metal interface, and therefore stress that may cause cracking or the like does not occur.
Since the component connecting member has almost the same dimensions as the metal member, there is no need to increase the size of the boss of the plastic molded product. In order to avoid cracking, smaller dimensions than known bosses are sufficient, for example in the case of threaded parts it is sufficient to withstand only the tightening torque.

The component connecting member 32 shown in the figure is a shaft member, and the component connecting member 33 shown in FIG. 12 is a stopper member having a plate-like main portion and a circular cross section in a portion having a stepped portion 34. Since torque acts on the parts connecting members 31 and 32 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, they require grooves 25 for preventing slippage and serrations 26 for preventing rotation. Torque does not act on the component connecting member 33 shown in FIG. 12, and it is sufficient to prevent it from coming off by the stepped portion 34.

As the molding materials of 31, 32, and 33, high-strength synthetic resin such as strong nylon can be used alone, and reinforced synthetic resin materials reinforced with reinforcing materials such as glass fiber or carbon fiber can be used. Molded in one piece depending on the material. Furthermore, it is also possible to select and use synthetic resin-impregnated compression molded materials having the required strength. Through experiments, we have found that it is sufficiently practical to use reinforced synthetic resins for both crystalline and amorphous synthetic resins.

ツク成形品の経済性を向上することができる。 As is clear from the above explanation, according to the plastic molded article of the present invention, the strength and durability are the same even when the parts connecting member used therein is made of a non-metallic material, and the parts connecting member is made of a synthetic resin with hardness and strength. Since it is a synthetic resin molded product reinforced with a reinforcing material, it can be mass-produced and can be used in exactly the same way in place of known metal component connecting members, and plastic molding made by insert molding this type of component connecting member. The economic efficiency of the product can be improved.

る。 However, if the usual metal parts connecting members shown in Figures 1 to 3 are inserted into a plastic molded product, cracks may occur in the boss etc. of the plastic molded product for the reasons mentioned above. However, according to the present invention, by inserting a component connecting member molded from a synthetic resin with higher strength than the material of the plastic molded product or a synthetic resin reinforced with a reinforcing material, it is possible to create a plastic molded product that is similar to the plastic molded product. In addition, the parts connecting member, which is insert-molded into the required part such as the boss of the plastic molded product, does not have stress acting on the interface between the component connecting member and the plastic molded product during molding. By fixing the provided ends, a component connecting member can be firmly fixed, and a plastic molded product can be provided in which cracks and cracks do not occur in the fixed parts of the plastic molded product.
