本考案は斯かる問題に対処すべく為されたもの
であつて、コイルばねによる開方向の付勢力を上

ものである。以下本考案を実施の一例を示す図面
に基づいて説明する。図において1はケーシング
2の後壁上端部にビス等で取り付けられる装置本
体、3はこの装置本体1の上端に水平方向の軸4
を以つて枢支される一方の蓋支持板で、この蓋支
持板3には他方の蓋支持板5がスポツト溶接にて
固着されている。前記装置本体1は中央の板部6
と、この板部6の両側に折曲連設される側板部
7,7と、この側板部7,7の前端部に外方に折
曲連設され、前記ケーシング2の後壁に接当しビ
