Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 容器の開口部に螺合される外蓋と、容器の
開口部周縁に係止される内蓋とを有するキヤツプ
であつて、前記内蓋は、容器内を密閉する底部を
有するとともに、この内蓋の底部には薄肉部に囲
まれた係合部が設けられ、前記外蓋には内蓋の係
合部と互いに係合する係合部が設けられ、これら
内蓋および外蓋の係合部は、外蓋の開栓方向へ回
転時に両係合部を介して内蓋の底部を引張して底
部の薄肉部を切裂くに十分な強度で互いに結合さ
れていることを特徴とするキヤツプ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記薄肉部は、内蓋の係合部を囲うように非円形
に形成されていることを特徴とするキヤツプ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
項において、前記内蓋は、長い首部を有すること
