【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は耐火材製の耐火パネルとこれを被覆す
るパネル被覆体とからなる複合化粧パネルに関す
るものである。

〔従来の技術〕と〔考案が解決しようとする問題
点〕 軽量気泡コンクリート板、石綿セメント硅酸カ
ルシウム板、石綿セメント板などの耐火パネル
は、耐久性、耐火性、断熱性がすぐれており、建
物の外壁に多く用いられるようになつた。しか
し、上記耐火パネルは、そのまゝの状態で使用し
たのでは材質がもろいため、施工時に角の部分が
破損し為かつた。そのため、耐火パネルに平板状
の塗装金属板を接着剤により貼着したものが出現
したが、応々にして金属板と耐火パネルが剥離す
るという欠点があつた。そこで第3図に示す如
く、箱状のパネル被覆体内底部に前記耐火パネル
を嵌合接着する複合耐火パネルが出現したが、当
該複合耐火パネルは、耐火パネルが湿度や温度の
変化により第4図に示す如く中央部が盛り上り、
周辺が内部へ傾こうとするようにそり返り、それ
に応じて接着されたパネル被覆体も同様にそり返
り、表面の平滑性が得られず、見苦しいものであ
つた。特に、実際の施工時において、当該耐火パ
ネルを建物外壁の枠体に何枚も張り合わせ、完成
した建物の壁面を見るとゆがみが明確に現われ、
商品価値を著しく損うものであつた。また、接着
剤だけでパネル被覆体と耐火パネルを接合してい
たため接着個所からの剥離の問題も残つていた。

定してなる複合化粧パネルの構造である。

1が温度や湿度の変化でそり返ろうとしても平面
の周辺を枠体5に密着押圧されているのでそり返
りようがなく、従つて、パネル被覆体4の平面も
平滑性を維持できる。また、従来の複合耐火パネ
ルは接着剤のみでパネル被覆体4と耐火パネル1
を接着しており、接着部が剥離する危険性がある
が、本考案に係る複合化粧パネル被覆体4と耐火
パネル1を接着剤で接着したうえ、パネル被覆体
4と枠体5をビス6止めしているのでパネル被覆
体4と耐火パネル1が剥離することは100%あり
得ない。
