The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic base, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a hair cosmetic base, which has a high affinity for hair, has an excellent feeling of use,
Hair cosmetics such as lotion, oil, gel, and aerosol shampoos, conditioners, hair conditioners, hair conditioners, hair sprays, etc. that have excellent setting properties and are extremely easy to wash off. It concerns the base. In general, hair cosmetics should have (1) high affinity for hair, (2) good setting properties, (3) excellent feel, and (4) natural finish. (5) Easy to wash off cosmetics from hands, especially with just water, (6) Non-erosive to celluloid, (7) Removes dirt stains from clothes. However, hair styling agents with strong hair styling properties usually have the disadvantage that they become sticky over time, and that cosmetics on the hands cannot be washed off with water alone. By the way, phosphoric acid esters of polyoxyalkylene derivatives have been proposed as cosmetic ingredients (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 156937-1983, Japanese Patent Publication No. 156937-1983).
For example, in the case of a phosphoric acid ester triethanolamine salt (molecular weight 1000 to 1500) of polyoxypropylene monobutyl ether, its wash-off is slower than that of polyoxypropylene monobutyl ether, which is the precursor of this phosphoric ester. However, it was found that the hair styling power and setting properties, which should be the original functions of a hair styling agent, were not sufficient. In addition, it is known that when polyoxyalkylene derivatives containing trihydric or higher alcohols are converted into phosphoric acid esters, complex polymer compounds are produced, making them unsuitable as hair cosmetics.
48-11955), phosphoric acid esters of polyoxyalkylene derivatives with monohydric alcohol as the core contain a mixture of mono-, di-, and triesters, giving them complex physical properties and improving performance as hair styling agents. 〓〓〓〓
The disadvantage is that it is difficult to control. As described above, phosphoric acid esters of polyoxyalkylene derivatives can currently satisfy some of the conditions that should be met as hair cosmetics, but nothing that can satisfy all of them is known yet. do not have. On the other hand, it has also been proposed to use polyoxyalkylene derivatives obtained by addition-polymerizing alkylene oxide to polyglycerol or higher than triglycerin as a hair cosmetic (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 83414/1983), but this product has a poor finish. It is insufficient in terms of naturalness and lightness, and it cannot be said that it satisfies all the conditions that should be met as a hair cosmetic. Furthermore, in the case of shampoo, compositions having a hair conditioning effect after hair washing and drying are known, but only a small amount of cosmetic ingredients remain on the hair, and none have excellent setting properties. Further, in the case of rinsing, the hair becomes supple, but none of them has sufficient setting properties. Next, in the case of hairspray, the film-forming agent may peel off from the hair due to friction with a hairbrush, resulting in dandruff-like deposits, but this is due to the affinity between the hairspray cosmetic and the hair. Moreover, many hairspray bases are more adhesive than sticky, making resetting impossible. In this way, formulations that combine known materials conventionally used as hair cosmetics,
Since it is not possible to completely satisfy the above-mentioned conditions for a hair cosmetic, there has been a strong demand for the development of a hair cosmetic that satisfies all of these conditions. In view of these circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive research to develop a hair cosmetic base that satisfies all of the above conditions, and have found that the terminal hydroxyl group of a polyoxyalkylene derivative having a specific structure The inventors have discovered that a base made of a compound into which a specific dissociative group has been introduced can achieve the objective, and based on this knowledge, they have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides a general formula R[-O-( C4H8O ) l- ( C3H6O ) n- (C2H4O) o - X ] An atom or a residue of a monovalent to hexavalent alcohol excluding the hydroxyl group, is an ionic residue, and when there are two or more X, at least one of them is an ionic group, and the others may be hydrogen atoms, and l, m,
n is an integer from 0 to 40, x is an integer from 1 to 6, and 10≦x(l+m+n)≦100 and 1/2(l
The present invention provides a hair cosmetic base comprising a polyoxyalkylene compound having the following formula:+m)≧n. The alcohol used as a raw material for the hair cosmetic base of the present invention is a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol, and
Examples of those preferably used include butyl alcohol, 2-ethylhexyl alcohol, glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin,
Examples include diglycerin and sorbitol. The polyoxyalkylene moiety in the polyoxyalkylene derivative obtained by addition polymerizing alkylene oxide to these alcohols is a homopolymer such as polyoxypropylene or polyoxybutylene, or 2 or 3 of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, or butylene oxide. Random copolymers or block copolymers consisting of seeds are preferable, and the number of moles of these alkylene oxides added is 10 to 100 per mole of alcohol.
mol, preferably in the range from 20 to 80 mol. In addition, when the polyoxyalkylene moiety is ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or butylene oxide, or a copolymer consisting of three of these, the number of moles of ethylene oxide added is based on the total number of moles of other alkylene oxides added. hand
It is preferably 1/2 or less. Examples of such polyoxyalkylene derivatives include the following general formulas (), (), (),
Examples include compounds represented by (), () and (). R′O―(C 4 H 8 O) l (C 3 H 6 O) n (C 2 H 4 O) o ― H

+m 2 +m 3 +m 4 +m 5 +m 6 100) When the polyoxyalkylene portion of these polyoxyalkylene derivatives is a copolymer, the copolymer may be a block copolymer,
It may also be a random copolymer. In the hair cosmetic base of the present invention, the hydrogen atom of the terminal hydroxyl group of the polyoxyalkylene derivative is a sulfate ester group, a carboxymethyl group, a carboxyethyl group, a trialkylammonoalkyl group, or a trialkylammonohydroxyalkyl group. Substitution of these dissociative groups can be carried out by commonly used known techniques to avoid the manufacturing difficulties and problems encountered in the phosphoric acid esterification reaction described above. It can be easily carried out in high yields without any inconvenience, and it does not produce complex polymeric compounds as by-products even for polyoxyalkylene derivatives whose core is a polyhydric alcohol of trihydric or higher valence. do not have. Therefore, the compound of the present invention provides excellent performance that cannot be achieved with phosphoric acid ester compounds. Examples of introduction of such dissociative groups, such as introduction of sulfate ester group, carboxymethyl group, carboxyethyl group, and 3-trialkylammono-2-hydroxypropyl group, are shown in reaction formulas (A), (B), and
As shown in (C) and (D), 〓〓〓〓
[R 2 in formula (D) is an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms,
X - is halogen, sulfuric acid, methyl sulfate, ethyl sulfate, phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, boric acid, nitric acid, or carbon number 1 to

The above polyoxyalkylene derivative is shown. The introduction rate of dissociative groups into the polyoxyalkylene derivative can be freely adjusted by changing the molar ratio of the polyoxyalkylene derivative and the raw material used for introducing the dissociative group, but this introduction rate is too low. and affinity for hair, setting properties,
Deterioration in performance can be seen in all aspects, including feel of use, finish, washing off of base material on hands, celluloid erosiveness, and washing off of dirt stains on clothing. In particular, among polyoxyalkylene derivatives, if the introduction rate of dissociative groups to polyalkylene oxide monoalkyl ether is low, the above-mentioned performance deteriorates significantly. Therefore, the introduction rate of dissociative groups is 15% or more of all terminal hydroxyl groups of the polyoxyalkylene derivative,
It is preferably 40% or more, particularly preferably 60% or more. Examples of the counter ion of the sulfate ester of the polyoxyalkylene derivative which is the compound of the present invention include sodium, potassium, alkanolamine, alkylamine, etc., but triethanolamine is preferable. Furthermore, when the number of carbon atoms in the alkylamine is 8 or more, a highly hydrophobic complex salt is produced. In addition, counter ions for carboxymethyl ether and carboxyethyl ether of polyoxyalkylene derivatives include the above-mentioned bases or hydrogen cations, and counter ions for trialkylammonoalkyl ether and trialkylammonohydroxyalkyl ether include , halogens such as chlorine and bromine, sulfuric acid, methyl sulfate, ethyl sulfate,
The anions include nitric acid, phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, boric acid, or saturated or unsaturated fatty acids, and the fatty acid preferably has 1 to 6 carbon atoms. The hair cosmetic base of the present invention not only solubilizes oil-soluble substances, but also solubilizes a large amount of water and removes water.
Even when the content is 30% by weight, it forms a hard gel, and when the water content is reduced, it becomes even harder and semi-solid, and has excellent affinity for hair and setting properties. In addition, since it solubilizes a large amount of water, it is easy to wash away stains from cosmetics and clothes from hands.
Furthermore, because a dissociative group has been introduced into the terminal hydroxyl group of the polyoxyalkylene derivative, it has excellent properties such as no greasiness, a good feeling of use, and a natural and light finish. Further, although polyoxyalkylene derivatives usually have celluloid corrosive properties, the base material of the present invention does not have celluloid corrosive properties because its terminal hydroxyl group is blocked by a dissociable group. The amount of the hair cosmetic base of the present invention can be freely determined depending on the use and product form. For example, in the case of a liquid hair conditioner, it is desirable to mix it in an amount of 1 to 50% by weight based on the total amount, and particularly, the best performance is exhibited in the range of 15 to 25% by weight.
In addition, in the case of a gel-like hair conditioner, the blending amount is usually in the range of 5 to 90% by weight, preferably 20 to 40% by weight. % by weight, preferably in the range 70-80% by weight. Further, in an emulsion type hair styling product, the blending amount is 1 to 50% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight, and in an aerosol hair styling product, the blending amount is preferably in the range of 1 to 20% by weight. On the other hand, when blended in shampoo, the amount is 0.1 to 20% by weight, preferably 3 to 10% by weight, when blended in rinse, 0.1 to 4% by weight,
Preferably 0.1 to 3% by weight, 0.1 to 20% by weight when incorporated in a female hair conditioner, preferably 1 to 10% by weight, 0.1 to 40% by weight when incorporated in a hair cream, preferably 1 to 20% by weight. 10% by weight, and such compositions are the most stable and perform best. Hair cosmetics containing the base of the present invention as a main ingredient include other commonly used ingredients such as sodium polyoxyethylene alkyl sulfate.
ionic surfactants, cationic surfactants such as dialkyldimethylammonium chloride,
Not only nonionic surfactants such as coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, but also resins such as ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, acrylic resin, alkanolamine resin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, and ethylene glycol. , moisturizing agents such as sorbitol, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, oils such as camellia oil, castor oil, and olive oil, fragrances, colorants, vitamins, PH stabilizers, anti-dandruff agents, etc. can be blended. Next, the hair cosmetic base of the present invention was evaluated in terms of celluloid erosion, hair styling ability, washability of stains on clothes, and washing off of the base on hands, that is, water solubility. It is shown in Table 1 along with the evaluation. The evaluation of each of the above items was performed according to the test method shown below. Celluloid erosiveness: Apply 1 ml of sample to a black celluloid plate and heat at 35°C.
After leaving it in a constant temperature room for two days and nights, it was washed and its surface condition was observed. ○: No abnormalities ×: Hair styling ability that causes surface swelling; Add 95 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol and 3 parts by weight of purified water to 2 parts by weight of each compound and dissolve uniformly. A hair bundle with a length of 10 cm and a weight of 1 g is immersed in the above-mentioned uniform solution, then taken out and the width of the end of the hair bundle is immediately measured, and this value is defined as d 0 . Next, the hair bundle was dried with hot air from a hair dryer for 1 hour, and then the width of the end of the hair bundle was measured, and this value was set as d60 , and the hair styling ability was calculated using the following formula. Hair styling power=(1- d60 - d0 / d60 )×100% Therefore, the closer the hair styling power is to 100, the stronger the hair styling power. 〇: 70 or more △: 50 or more and less than 70
×: Less than 50 Soiled stain washability of clothes; Prepare a homogeneous solution consisting of 20 parts by weight of various bases, 50 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol, and 30 parts by weight of purified water,
Take 50 μl of this solution and apply it to the test cloth, then leave it to dry at room temperature overnight. Next, 40g of commercially available synthetic detergent was added and dissolved in 30ml of 25°C tap water, and the soiled test cloth was added and stirred in a commercial washing machine for 10 minutes, followed by dehydration, rinsing for 10 minutes, and dehydration. Next, a determination is made after drying. 〇: Dirt stains are completely removed ×: Water-soluble, stains remain; Add 1g of sample to 100g of tap water at 25℃,
After shaking, leave to stand and observe the state of dissolution and dispersion. 〇: Transparent dissolution ×: Cloudy and oil drop-like
