[Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a shampoo composition, more specifically, a shampoo composition containing a phosphoric acid ester surfactant and a specific fatty acid ester, which has excellent lather smoothness during hair washing,
This invention relates to a shampoo composition capable of imparting shine to hair after drying and further having an excellent dandruff removal effect. [Prior art and its problems] Recently, it has been recognized that phosphate ester surfactants, which are a type of anionic surfactant, are extremely mild surfactants with low irritation to the skin. , is used as a component of cleaning compositions. However, this phosphate ester surfactant
There are several drawbacks, including the generation of calcium salts when rinsing with water, which adhere to the hair and make the hair feel slippery after washing, so it is still unsatisfactory as a surfactant for shampoo compositions. It wasn't something I could go by. In order to improve these drawbacks, a conventional method has been to add a conditioning agent such as an oil to the shampoo base.
There was a problem in that the cleaning power became extremely poor and the product value was significantly reduced. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventors focused on the shortcomings of such conventional conditioning agents, and developed a hair conditioner that provides a good feel when washing hair,
As a result of investigating a conditioning agent that leaves hair smooth even after drying, we found that by combining a phosphate ester surfactant with a specific fatty acid ester, the shampoo composition's cleansing power was not impaired. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that it is possible to impart smoothness, creaminess, etc. to foam during hair washing, to impart shine to hair after drying, and to improve the dandruff cleaning rate. That is, the present invention comprises the following components (A) and (B) (A) the following general formula () or () (In the formula, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each represent a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms, and X and Y each represent hydrogen, an alkali metal, ammonium, or a hydroxyalkyl group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms. Indicates that it is a salt of an alkanolamine having a group,
(l, m and n each represent a number from 0 to 10) 5 to 50% by weight of one or more phosphate ester surfactants represented by (B) the following general formula () (In the formula, RCO is a linear or branched acyl group of a fatty acid having 6 to 22 carbon atoms, A is CH 3 or hydrogen, p
represents an integer of 1 to 3) or a salt thereof in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by weight. As the phosphoric acid ester surfactant which is component (A) of the present invention, one having an added mole of ethylene oxide of 0 to 3 is preferable, and especially one having no added ethylene oxide and having a carbon number of 12 to 14. Those having an alkyl group are preferred. Preferred specific examples of component (A) include sodium mono- or dilauryl phosphate, potassium mono- or dilauryl phosphate,
Diethanolamine mono- or dilauryl phosphate, triethanolamine mono- or dilauryl phosphate, sodium mono- or dimyristyl phosphate, potassium mono- or dimyristyl phosphate, diethanolamine mono- or dimyristyl phosphate, mono- or dimyristyl phosphate Examples include triethanolamine. When used, component (A) contains the compounds represented by the above formulas () and () in a weight ratio of 10:0 to 5:5, particularly 10:0 to 5:5.
Preferably, they are mixed in a ratio of 7:3. In addition, as the component (B) of the present invention, the above formula ()
Fatty acid lactylates and fatty acid glycolates represented by are used. In the formula (), RCO preferably has 12 to 18 carbon atoms, and specific examples include lauroyl lactylate, isolauroyl lactylate, myristoyl lactylate, isomyristoyl lactylate, oleloyl lactylate, isooleloyl lactylate, stearoyl lactylate, isostearoyl lactylate,
lauroyl glycolate, isolauroyl glycolate, myristoyl glycolate, isomyristoyl glycolate, oleloyl glycolate,
Examples include isooleloyl glycolate, stearoyl glycolate, isostearoyl glycolate, and the like. Examples of salts include ammonium salts,
Examples include alkali metal salts and amine salts. In the shampoo composition of the present invention, component (A) is 5 to 50% by weight (hereinafter expressed as %) in the total composition, particularly preferably 10 to 40%, and component (B) is in the total composition.
It is blended in an amount of 0.1 to 5%, particularly preferably 0.1 to 3%. Outside these ranges, the effects of the present invention cannot be fully exhibited. In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients, the shampoo composition of the present invention also includes dissolving agents such as propylene glycol and glycerin, which are used as ingredients in known shampoo compositions, ethanol, inorganic salts, higher alcohols, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and hydroxypropyl cellulose. , viscosity modifiers such as methylcellulose, other fragrances, pigments,
Shibagai ray absorber, antioxidant, anti-dandruff agent, bactericide,
Preservatives and the like can be added as necessary.
The balance is water, usually used at 50-90% by weight. The shampoo composition of the present invention is not particularly limited in its dosage form, and can be in any conventionally known dosage form, such as liquid shampoo or paste shampoo. The shampoo composition of the present invention is prepared by blending the components (A) and (B) according to the known method according to the above-mentioned dosage form, and further adding and blending the above-mentioned various optional components as necessary. . [Effects of the Invention] The shampoo composition of the present invention has excellent foam smoothness and creaminess during hair washing, can add shine to hair after drying, has a dandruff removal effect, and is easy to clean. It has excellent power. [Examples] Example 1 A liquid shampoo of the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared, and its properties were evaluated by the following method. The results are shown in Table 1. (1) Method for evaluating the feel of foam Moisten 30g of human hair with 40℃ water and add 20g of water. Next, hair is washed using 1 g of the shampoo composition, and the feel of the foam is evaluated by sensory evaluation by 20 female panelists. The way the hair runs through your fingers during hair washing is evaluated as ``slippage of the foam,'' and the appearance of the liquid is evaluated in terms of ``creaminess.'' (2) How to evaluate the feel and gloss of the finished product: Moisten 30g of human hair with 40℃ water and add 20g of water. Next, after washing the hair using 1 g of the shampoo composition, the washed human hair was wrung out under running water, and after drying with a hair dryer, the feel (slipness) and gloss were judged by sensory evaluation by 20 female panelists. (3) Method for measuring cleaning power Soak an artificial oil-based stained cloth in a 3% shampoo aqueous solution, stir for 10 minutes at 40℃ using a tergotometer, rinse under running water, and measure the soiled cloth before and after washing.
The reflectance at 460 nm was measured using a colorimeter, and the cleaning rate was calculated.

ml was injected, and 30 seconds later, several drops of the fuchsin/crystal violet mixture were added to the dandruff dispersion, and the number of corneocytes was counted using a hemocytometer, which was determined as the dandruff removal rate. For each female panelist, the number of keratinocytes was measured at three locations each for the present invention product and the comparative product.
