Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、マシニングセンタ用パレツトの搬
送構造の改良に関するもので、被動部材をガイド
部材と一体化することにより、組立作業の簡単化
を図つたものである。

つて往復移動するパレツトにおいては、パレツト
搬送の手段として、パレツト本体1′の下面の進

たところの被動側ラツク4′を、任意箇所に設置
した駆動側ピニオン11′と係合させて行つてい
た。一方、パレツト6′の下面の左右両側にはガ
イドレール7,8に摺接するガイド部材2′,
5′が設けられており、ガイド部材2′,5′と前
記被動用ラツク4′とが別体に製作されていた。
パレツト本体1′の精度に比べ、高い精度を要す
るガイド部材2′,5′及び被動用ラツク4′をパ
レツト本体1′に別々に取付けていた。パレツト
本体1′の下面の進行方向の中心線M−Mに沿つ
て被動用ラツク4′を設けていたのは、ガイドレ
ール7,8に対し、パレツト6′が傾くことなく
円滑に移動させるために必要であると考えられて
いた。しかし、本考案者は、この点に疑問を持
ち、被動用ラツクを中心線M−Mから移動させる
ことを試みた結果、この考案は完成されたもので
ある。

側ピニオン11と噛合せて構成したものである。
このように構成するとパレツト本体1にガイド部
材2を取付ければ被動部材4も一緒に取付けられ
るので、精度を要する組立て作業が簡単化され
る。
