Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a tacky adhesive sheet inexpensively with good productivity, by providing a two-pack crosslinking type tacky adhesive layer on the releasing surface of a release sheet, laminating polyester nonwoven fabric thereon, peeling off the release sheet after crosslinking and aging, and transferring the tacky adhesive layer to the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic tacky adhesive such as a (co)polymer of a 2-8C acrylic ester is mixed with a crosslinking agent (e.g., a polyisocyanate) to pro duce a two-pack crosslinking type tacky adhesive. The adhesive is applied to the releasing surface of a release sheet and dried to form a tacky adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is laminated on a polyester nonwoven fabric and the laminate is wound up, crosslinked and aged. The release sheet is peeled off by using a winder, etc. to transfer the adhesive layer to the nonwoven fabric and the fabric is wound up to obtain a desired tacky adhesive sheet. The peeled release sheet can be re-used as a release sheet.

1. Traditionally, roll-up sheets made of paper, processed paper, non-woven fabric, plastic film, etc., can be produced by applying an adhesive to the surface of these substrates and providing an adhesive, ν. Manufactured. Among the two, adhesive sheets based on non-woven fabric have a high penetration of adhesive into the base material, making it difficult to obtain the desired adhesive strength. , it is necessary to increase the amount of coating, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost. In addition, in terms of quality, there is a risk that the amount of residual solvent will increase, and that bubbles may occur on the coated surface due to solvent evaporation. In order to prevent such problems, an anchor agent may be applied, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost. Furthermore, if the substrate has many irregularities, the surface of the adhesive layer becomes uneven, which causes variations in adhesive strength when applied to an adherend. In addition, since a release sheet is not used, it is necessary to perform a release treatment on the back side of the base material to prevent adhesion between the adhesive layer and the base material, and it is necessary to apply a back treatment agent such as silicone resin. Yes, the process is the same as creating the il+ release sheet, so a release sheet is used.

First, the release sheet is made of high quality paper, medium quality paper, unbleached kraft paper, semi-bleached kraft paper, glassine paper, art paper, coated paper, etc. as a support, and if necessary, polyethylene,
Laminated paper or polyethylene, which is made by laminating films of polypropylene, polyester, ethylene/vinyl acetate resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc. to provide a barrier layer,
A polymer film such as polypropylene or polyester is used, and the entire surface is coated with a release agent such as silicone resin. Considering reuse, these release sheets are preferably heat resistant and strong.

The adhesive applied to these release sheets has an adhesive strength of
It is 100 to 1000 g/25 mm and has removability to plastic plates, painted plates, glass, steel plates, etc. A two-component crosslinking type adhesive containing a crosslinking agent is used. Specific examples of adhesives include acrylic adhesives whose main components are polymers of acrylic esters with carbon R2 to 8 and copolymers with vinyl monomers such as vinyl acetate and methacrylic esters. You can do it. On the other hand, as a crosslinking agent, peracid, polyisocyanate,
Examples include phosphoric acid and metal salts. In particular, isocyanate can be used to freely control the balance of adhesion, cohesive force, and adhesive force depending on the amount added, making it easy to design products N easily and effectively. Furthermore, a peel-off sheet is preferable because it does not require high temperatures for drying.

The adhesive sheet of the present invention uses a polyester nonwoven fabric as the base, thereby improving the releasability of the polyester resin,
Because the unevenness of the nonwoven fabric weakens the adhesion with the adhesive, it is a special feature that does not require a release sheet to protect the adhesive layer.
It has jl. Furthermore, since the non-adhesive surface of the non-woven fabric is not peeled off, it can be written on with water-based pens, oil-based pens, etc., and can also be printed. Then, the adhesive is a two-component crosslinking type, especially by using isocyanate. Immediately after the adhesive is applied and leaves the drying oven, the crosslinking of the adhesive has not progressed, so the adhesive becomes sticky. The agent is in high demand and adheres well to nonwoven fabrics. On the other hand, as aging progresses cross-linking of the adhesive, the cohesive force increases, and the adhesive layer becomes more sticky, and the adhesive layer is easily peeled off from the release surface and can be transferred to a non-polyester cloth, without release paper. You can get an adhesive sheet. In addition, by using a peelable adhesive, it is possible to prevent blocking, which can occur when the product is stored in a rolled state for a long period of time or when high pressure is applied.
