【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、回路基板に取付けて使用される、小
型磁心の端面にリード端子を固着し、このリード
端子に磁心に巻回した巻線の末端を半田固着し、
外周を絶縁性樹脂で被覆してなる小型インダクタ
ンス素子、特にそのリード端子の改良に関する。

れを回路基板に取り付けるためにそのリード端子
を折り曲げたとき、巻線の末端が半田固着された
部分から折れ曲り易く、巻線の末端は往々にして
断線するという不都合を生じていた。そこでこれ
を解決するものとして、第1図示のような構成の
もの(実公昭45−33408号公報)が提案されてい
る。このものは、リード端子aの磁心固着側を大
径部bに形成し、この磁心固着側に磁心cの側面
に設けた凹部dに挿入して接着剤eで固着し、巻
線fの末端gを前記大径部bにからげて半田hで
固着し、これらの外周を絶縁性樹脂iで被覆して
いる。そこでこれを回路基板に取付けるために、
第1図に一点鎖線で示すようにリード端子aを折
り曲げたとき、その径の大小による強度の差から
大径部bに隣接する小径部のところで折れ曲が
る。したがつて、巻線fの末端gは移動すること
がなく巻線に張力が加わらないため断線すること
がない。

ることをその目的とするもので、第2図示のよう
に、例えば径3mm、長さ8mmの小型磁心1の端面
に固着したリード端子4の磁心固着部端から離れ
た位置に、鍔6を形成し、この鍔6と前記磁心固
着部端との間のリード端子部分に前記磁心1に巻
回した巻線2の末端3をからげて半田固着7する
とともに、前記鍔6の前後の周面に半田8を付着
し、前記鍔6までの外周部を絶縁性樹脂5で被覆
した。尚、リード端子4の鍔6と磁心固着部端と
の間は断面4角形に形成してもよく、このように
すると巻線2の末端3かをからげたときゆるまな
い。
