First, in the example shown in Figs. 1 and 2, a plurality of flanges 2 are provided at regular intervals on the outer periphery of a cylindrical winding portion 1 to form a plurality of winding grooves 3, and slits 4 are provided on the flanges 2 except for both ends or one end, and the flanges 2 are provided on one winding groove 3 side of the slits 4.
It is constructed by providing a wall 5 that is slightly lower in height.

With this configuration, FIG. 1 shows a state in which the first winding layer 6 is applied to the winding groove 3 of FIG. 1, and the second winding layer 7 is applied to the second winding groove 3, and the first When moving from the wire layer 6 to the second winding layer 7, it passes through the slit 4 of the collar 2,
The wire is wound continuously.

In this configuration, the creepage distance 10 between the winding end 8 of the previous layer and the winding end 9 of the next layer is small, and an insulator with excellent adhesion is formed in the slit 4 by vacuum casting in a later process. The interlayer insulation had to be ensured by completely filling the layers, which resulted in large costs for production equipment and manufacturing processes.

Moreover, what is shown in FIG. 3 and FIG.
2 to form a plurality of winding grooves 13, and this collar 1
Figure 3 shows a structure in which diagonal slits 14 are formed in the collar 12 excluding both ends or one end of the 2, and a winding 15 is provided in the first winding groove 13 and the second winding groove 13. When the winding 15 is transferred from the first winding groove 13 to the second winding groove 13, the diagonal slit 1
Continuous winding is possible through 4.

In this configuration, the creepage distance between the previous layer and the next layer of the winding 15 becomes long, but the creepage distance between the transition wire 16 passing through the slit 14 and the beginning of the winding of the previous layer becomes small, and vacuum casting etc. Therefore, it is necessary to fill the slit 14 with an insulating material with excellent adhesion to ensure insulation, which complicates the production equipment and manufacturing process, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost. The drawback was that it could not be configured for very long periods.

As the coil bobbin of the present invention is constructed as described above, the creepage distance between the previous layer of the winding and the next layer, the creepage distance between the start of the winding of the previous layer and the transition wire, etc. can be maintained sufficiently and the insulation can be maintained. It has excellent properties, eliminates the need for filling with insulating material as in the past, and improves production equipment,
The manufacturing process can be simplified and costs can be reduced, and the mold can be maintained sufficiently, so it has great practical value.
