Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, in a freezing and refrigerating case, an air duct 9' extending from the bottom to the back and then to the top is formed inside the insulation wall 4 by an inner box 8', and an evaporator is installed in this air duct 9'. 12 and a blower 14 are arranged, and cooling air is blown out from the outlet leading to the upper air duct to cool the storage room 5'.
Thereafter, the cooling air is sucked through an air suction port 11' communicating with the lower air duct 9a', and heat exchanged with the evaporator 12 again. Therefore, when the evaporator 12 is placed in the lower air duct 9a' as shown in FIG. 1, a large space 18 exists in front of the air inlet side 12-2 of the evaporator 12.
There was a problem with expanding the warehouse capacity, but it was ignored for the reasons described below.

On the other hand, the air suction port 11' is connected to the lower air duct 9.
Since the air intake port 11' is located at the leading edge of a', the air suction port 11' may be blocked due to overfilling of refrigerated products or abnormal loading conditions, such as tilted stacking as shown in the figure, which adversely affects cooling performance. Things were also hot. By the way, in order to solve the problem of expanding the storage room 5' capacity,
It is also possible to bend the inner box 8' as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, but if such a duct structure is used, the flow of cooling air will be
Since the heat passes only through the lower part of the evaporator 2, there is a problem that the effective heat area of the evaporator 12 is reduced. This is also the reason why the structure shown by the solid line in Figure 1 has to be adopted.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional example, and its purpose is to expand the capacity of the freezer/refrigerator compartment formed by the inner box. In addition, the objective is to ensure good circulation of cooling air at all times even in the event of overfilling of products or abnormal placement of products.

First, reference numeral 1 is a closed-type refrigeration/refrigeration case, which includes a lighting room 3 in which lighting lamps 2 are arranged, a refrigeration room 5 thermally insulated by a heat insulating wall 4, a machine room 7 in which a refrigerator room 5 and a cooling machine 6 are housed. 8 is an inner box provided inside the heat insulating wall 4 at intervals. 9 is insulation wall 4
and the inner box 8, and extends along the inner box 8 from the bottom to the back and to the top. Further, an air outlet 10 is provided at the front edge of the upper air duct 9c, and a first suction port 11, which will be described later, is provided at the front edge of the lower air duct 9a. Here, the upper air duct 9c and the lower air duct 9a communicate through a back air duct 9b. By the way, the bottom side of the inner box 8 is composed of a bottom plate 8-1 shown in FIG. 3, and this bottom plate 8-1 has a duct plate 8-1 extending from the back to the top.
The rear end is supported by the second flange portion 8-2a. 1
Reference numeral 2 denotes an evaporator having a meandering pipe, which is disposed in the lower air duct 9a of the air duct 9, and a mounting plate 13 on the air outlet side 12-1 of the evaporator 12.
The blowers 14 are arranged opposite to each other. In addition, the bottom plate 8-1, which is a part of the inner box 8, has a stepped portion 8 on the rear side.
-1a is formed, and a bay part 8-1b is formed on the front side. The stepped portion 8-1a and the bay portion 8-1b are connected by a flat portion 8-1c. Therefore, the front volume of the lower air duct 9a is very small. Further, the vertical side 8-1aa of the stepped portion 8-1a is arranged to face the upper part of the evaporator 12. and bay part 8
-1b is provided with the above-mentioned first suction port 11, and the stepped portion 8
A second suction port 15 is provided on the vertical side 8-1aa of -1a.

In the embodiment having the above configuration, the evaporator 1
2, the air in the bottom air duct 9a is cooled, and the cooled air is first guided to the back air duct 9b by the blower 14, and then blown out from the outlet 10 via the upper air duct 9c. be done. Thereafter, it passes through the front side of the warehouse 5, exchanges heat with the cooled product, and is sucked through the first suction port 11, the second suction port 15, or the auxiliary suction ports 16, 17. Further, the bottom side air duct 9a has a narrow path at the front due to the stepped portion 8-1a of the bottom plate 8-1.
A space is formed in front of the stepped portion 8-1a, that is, above the flat portion 8-1c. Therefore, the capacity of the warehouse 5 is increased by this space, so that many refrigerated products can be stored in the warehouse 5. Also, the flat part 8- of the bottom plate 8-1
When products are lined up in line 1c, the stepped section 8-1a becomes invisible, making it appear as if there are products on the rear side of the cooling product G (see Figure 2), highlighting the richness of products. It is possible and desirable for display. By the way, if the cooling product is placed on the floor plate 8-1 so as to completely block the first suction port 11 as shown in FIG. Since the cold air is sucked in from the second suction port 15 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 5, good circulation of cold air is achieved and good storage room cooling can be expected at all times. Furthermore, if overfilling of the chilled product becomes significant or if the first suction port 11 and the second suction port 15 are blocked by leaves of fruits and vegetables, for example,
It is possible that the main suction is from the auxiliary suction ports 16 and 17, but since this rarely happens, if there is a first suction port 11 and a second suction port 15, most problems related to product filling can be avoided. Can meet conditions. That is, even if the auxiliary suction ports 16 and 17 are not provided, sufficient cold air circulation can be expected.
Furthermore, as mentioned above, in order to expand the storage capacity, even if the step 8-1a is provided on the bottom side of the inner box 8 (bottom plate 8-1), the step 8-1a is provided on the vertical side 8-1aa of the step 8-1a. Since the second suction port 15 faces the upper part of the evaporator 12, the effective heat area of the evaporator 12 does not decrease. Of course, the lower part of the evaporator 12 exchanges heat with the suction air from the flat part 8-1c and is effectively utilized.

The present invention has been explained above using examples of closed type refrigeration and refrigerated case, but open type refrigeration,
The same can be applied to a refrigerated case, and although the air duct 9 is shown extending from the bottom to the back and then to the top, it may also extend from the bottom to the sides and then to the top.

As mentioned above, the present invention includes an inner box 8 spaced apart inside the heat insulating wall 4, and the inner box 8 forms an air duct 9 extending from the bottom to the top. The leading edge of the bottom air duct 9a with the container 12 and the top air duct 9
In a freezing/refrigerating case equipped with a first inlet 11 and an outlet 10 at the front edge of c,
A bottom plate 8-1 having a stepped portion 8-1a at the bottom of the inner box 8
and the vertical side 8-1aa of the stepped portion 8-1a
A second suction port 15 is provided in the evaporator 1.
Since this is a freezer/refrigerator case characterized by having the air inlet side parts 12-2 of the second compartment facing each other, the capacity of the freezer/refrigerator compartment 5 can be expanded, and the first suction port 11 can be prevented from being overfilled with products. This has the effect of always providing good circulation of cool air even when the product is placed in an abnormal state.
