[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a luggage floor structure that is provided so as to have a continuous surface from the luggage floor to the back of the rear seat bag when the rear seat bag of an automobile is folded down.

As for the conventional automobile luggage floor structure,
For example, there are those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 170525/1983). 1 is a seat bag that can be folded forward relative to the seat cushion 2; 3 is a floor panel; 4 is a carpet fixed to the floor panel 3 and the back of the seat bag 1 with screws 6; and 5 is a molding that covers the end of the carpet 4. The floor panel 3 is the floor of the luggage compartment 9, and tends to be placed at a low position to increase the load capacity, and the seat back 1 and seat cushion 2 are designed to ensure head clearance for the occupants and to improve driving performance. bottoming out phenomenon (a phenomenon in which the passenger's buttocks interfere with the floor panel 3 due to vibrations of the automobile, or a phenomenon similar to that caused by the passenger's buttocks interfering with the floor panel, causing discomfort to the occupants) ), seat cushion 2 and seat back 1 are positioned close to floor panel 3.
Therefore, when the seat bag 1 is folded forward, a step of dimension A is created as shown in FIG. 2.
If such a level difference occurs, the following problems will occur. That is, even if the user leans against the back of the seat bag 1 and tries to stretch his legs into the luggage compartment 9, there is a level difference between the rear of the vehicle body and the seat bag, so he cannot stretch his legs into the luggage compartment 9 and rest without becoming a bed. As shown in FIG. 2, when the carpet 4 raises the seat back 1,
Since the bracket 7 rotates around the pin 8 of the bracket 7, there is an excess dimension, which tends to cause wrinkles 4a at the corners between the lower back surface of the seat bag 1 and the floor panel 3. The seat bracket 7 is exposed when the seat bag 1 is folded forward, which is dangerous, and there are also problems such as damage to the luggage if it hits the bracket 7.

This invention was made in view of these conventional problems, and aims to solve the above problems by providing a spacer between the floor panel and the carpet.

以下、この考案を図面に基づいて説明する。 This invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

FIGS. 3 to 5 are diagrams showing an embodiment of this invention. The same or equivalent members as in FIGS. 1 and 2 are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations will be omitted.

First, to explain the configuration, 10 is seat back 1
This is a spacer disposed on the floor panel 3 at the front end of the luggage compartment 9 at the rear of the spacer, and is made of a pad material whose upper surface 10a is sloped so that the rear side is lower than the front side.

Reference numeral 7 designates a seat bracket, and as shown in FIG. 4, the upper part of the bracket 7 and the lower part of the spacer 10 are cut out, and the spacer 10 is interposed between the bracket 7 and the carpet 4.

Furthermore, by setting the spacer 10, when the seat back 1 is in the normal state, that is, in the upright state of the seat back 1, the carpet 4 will have a surplus 12 in the gap 11 between the seat back 1 and the spacer 10 (due to rotation), but the third As shown in the figure, the surplus 12 is stored between the seat bag 1 and the spacer 10, so that no wrinkles occur in appearance.

As explained above, according to this idea,
It has the following effects. That is, (a) when the seat bag is folded forward, the carpet surface between it and the floor panel becomes a substantially smooth surface, allowing the child to lie down with peace of mind. (b) With the seat back upright, the carpet fits between the seat back and the spacer, so no wrinkles occur. (c) Covering the seat bracket exposed on the floor panel with a spacer prevents danger by preventing it from touching the occupants, and also prevents the carpet from tearing. (d)
By making the spacer out of pads, the cushioning properties are improved and the sound vibration is also advantageous.
