(Prior art) Accurately grasping (or managing) the inventory status of a wide variety of items is a method used not only by sellers of these items but also by purchasing and storing a large number of items at once, and then selecting necessary items (parts) at will. For manufacturers who assemble and manufacture machines and equipment, this is an important matter from the standpoint of asset management and maintaining the productivity of manufactured products.

In order to carry out such accurate inventory management, it is necessary to set and manage the storage location of each item in the storage warehouse in advance, to count and manage the status of items in and out of each storage location, and to control the quantity. It is necessary to have a system that can comprehensively check the inventory status of the warehouse as a whole, including not only the price but also the inventory timing.

Conventionally, methods have been used to set and manage storage locations for each item by displaying addresses in multiple compartments in storage warehouses in accordance with codes assigned to each item, or by using electronic scales, etc. There are known methods for controlling the number of entries and exits, but these control methods are independent.
They were not linked to each other.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Therefore, the work of loading and unloading each article is left to the visual verification of the code and address by two humans (MAN), and the work efficiency is poor. There is also a high possibility of errors in loading and unloading due to errors.Although counting of loading and unloading can be done automatically and efficiently using electronic scales, etc., there is no need to read (confirm) the results or use a ledger to save the counting data. etc., which is a manual operation, which has the disadvantage of requiring a large amount of human power and effort for counting and management.

(4) Dispatch of necessary articles By inputting the number, etc. corresponding to the code of the article that needs to be dispatched into the controller, the address display section of the compartment corresponding to the input code is operated, and the designated compartment is When an article is taken out from the chamber, the taken-out article is applied to a counting sensor, and the data is inputted to the controller 1 to the roller, and the inventory amount (remaining amount) in each compartment is banked by calculation (subtraction). At this time, if the number of articles taken out is more than the required number and the surplus is returned to the compartment, the returned amount is added to the remaining ω, so that the actual number of items taken out can be accurately banked. In addition, if the counting sensor does not perform the 54-count operation within the set time after the entry/exit detection sensor detects the exit, the alarm will be activated and the counting operation will be promoted. will be ensured.

In Fig. 1, (2) is a plurality of compartments (1) that are partitioned into multiple rows and stages and can individually store and store various items.
The front of each compartment (1) of this storage (2) is lit up in response to the input of a preset code corresponding to the type of article to indicate the corresponding compartment. An address display unit (3) such as a light emitting diode (LED) is installed to indicate the room (1)..., and a light is installed at the entrance/exit of each compartment (1) to detect entry/exit. A transmissive or light reflective photoelectric sensor (4) is attached, and the settings after the sensor (,4) detects entry/exit are installed in the vicinity of each address display section (3). An alarm device (5) that automatically flickers or sounds if the counting operation is not performed within the time is attached as an integrated unit with the address display section (3). A control box (9) that controls control operations for each of the above-mentioned elements (3, 4, 5), etc. is fixedly arranged at the lower end of 2), and the above-mentioned combination constitutes a storage management unit. (6) is a sensor such as an electronic scale that counts the entry and exit of articles into and out of each compartment (1) of the storage warehouse (2), and the weight at the time of measurement is stored in advance for each type of article. Generally, the configuration is such that data converted to the number of pieces is output by dividing by the weight, but when counting the same item several times, it is possible to simultaneously calculate the cumulative number and weight. It may also be configured such that it can be used selectively for such functions as necessary. (7) is a pocket computer function that inputs and outputs various data and counting data from the storage management unit and performs banking, statistical calculation processing such as four arithmetic calculations, and editing processing; A (8) is a handy type controller equipped with a terminal function etc. for interconnecting the storage management unit, and is serially connected to the control box (9) of the storage management unit and the counting sensor (6). a host computer capable of intercommunicating with a controller (7), by transmitting banked data to said controller (7);
It creates a list of inventory quantity, price, date and time, cost, etc.
