However, conventional epoxy resin adhesives and the like have not achieved sufficiently satisfactory adhesive strength and heat resistance, for example, in adhesion between FRPs.

。Examples include an epoxy resin adhesive composition containing an epoxy compound and a polyamide amine having a diene rubber component in the molecule as a curing agent. The polyamide amine used in this composition is obtained by substantially equimolar reaction of polymerized fatty acid and diene rubber component with polyamine, and this adhesive composition has adhesive strength at room temperature. Although excellent, the adhesive strength at high temperatures is not necessarily satisfactory.

ものである。That is, as a result of intensive research aimed at improving peel strength, especially at high temperatures, without reducing tensile shear strength, the present inventors developed a reaction product of diene liquid rubber and aliphatic polyamine as a curing agent. The above object has been achieved by using the epoxy resin as the base material and containing a reaction product of a diene rubber and an epoxy compound in the main epoxy resin.

58 72 30 From the results shown in Table 1, adhesive compositions that meet all of the requirements specified in the present invention have higher tensile shear strength and It can be seen that both peel strength and peel strength are excellent. The adhesive composition of the present invention has significantly superior tensile shear strength especially at high temperatures compared to adhesive compositions lacking some of the above requirements, and has significantly superior peel strength at both low and high temperatures. It is clear that it is superior.
