DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to improvements in low wind noise electric wires.

When wind blows against an installed electric wire, a Karman vortex is generated behind the wire, which generates wind noise.

従来、この種風騒音を抑止した電線としては、

Previously, electric wires that suppressed this type of wind noise were:
As shown in Fig. 1, for example, two armor rods 1 are wound around an electric wire 2 in an open helical manner, with the winding pitch being different from each other by 1/2, and when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the electric wire, It is known that protrusions formed by armor rods are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric wire to disturb the Karman vortices that occur behind the electric wire, thereby suppressing wind noise.

According to this low wind noise electric wire, the protrusion by the armor rod is formed at the same position on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric wire.

As a result of various experiments and studies, the inventors found that the outer diameter of the armor rod is particularly different when the protrusions are formed at the same position on both the upper and lower sides of the wire, and when the protrusions are removed on one side. It was discovered that there is almost no difference in the wind noise suppression effect when the thickness is 2 mm or more.

However, the conventional low wind noise electric wire described above has the disadvantage that there is no shape change between the protrusions formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric wire, which reduces the wind noise suppression effect accordingly.

Further, the number of wire bodies 1 is not limited to two, but may be three or more, and the winding thereof is not limited to that shown in this embodiment. It is sufficient that the protrusions formed by the linear bodies formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric wire are located at different positions on the upper and lower surfaces.

According to the low wind noise electric wire of the present invention, a plurality of linear bodies are spirally wound around the outer periphery of the electric wire in parallel with mutual intervals, and the winding of the linear bodies is further The protrusions formed by the linear bodies formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the power supply in the projection form perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the power supply are configured so that they are located at different positions on the top and bottom surfaces, making them the same as conventional products. With the cost of materials and man-hours, the number of locations where the external shape changes when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction can be significantly increased. Therefore, the disturbance of the Karman vortex generated behind the electric wire is much more than that of conventional products, and wind noise can be suppressed to that extent. Further, according to the low wind noise electric wire of the present invention, the vibration-proofing effect of the electric wire can also have the effect of preventing snow accumulation.
