Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the incidence of the combinational inferiority and to improve the operating efficiency by calculating the number of weighing machines which are discharged in combination from an average weight value of the changed goods per weighing machine and changing the number of weighing machines to be joined according to the number of the weighing machines. CONSTITUTION:Weight values W1-Wn of the goods of plural weighing machines 1 are taken out from a multiplexer 2 and converted 3 into a digital signal and inputted to an arithmetic and control part 4, and the arithmetic in combination based on each weight value is performed and the weight value in combination is calculated for every combination. The optimum combination close to a target weight value Wa of a setting part 6 from the weight value is calculated and a discharge signal Se is given to the corresponding weighing machines to discharge the goods. In this case, the average weight value Y per weighing machine is calculated by dividing the total sum of weight of goods of the total weighing machines 1 by the number of weighing machines and the number X of weighing machines is calculated by dividing the target weight value by the value Y and the number of weighing machines to be joined in combination is changed according to the number X of weighing machines.

(Prior art and its problems) In this type of combination weighing device, the combination accuracy is best when approximately half of the weighing machines participating in the combination are selected as the optimal combination. The amount of articles supplied was controlled so that the total weight value was approximately twice the target weight value. Therefore, when changing the target weight value,
It is necessary to adjust the supply amount of the objects to be weighed accordingly, and when the supply amount is initially changed, it takes a considerable amount of time to settle down to a steady state, so during that time, poor combinations are likely to occur and the operating rate decreases. There was a problem.

(Objective of the Invention) The present invention solves the problems of the prior art, and even when there is an excess or deficiency in the amount of articles supplied due to a change in the target weight value or trouble in the article supply line, it is possible to prevent poor combinations. The object of the present invention is to provide a combination weighing method that reduces the occurrence rate and does not reduce the operating rate of the device.

(Summary of the Invention) The combined weighing method of the present invention combines weight values from a plurality of weighing machines, and determines whether the combined weight value is equal to the target weight r value or within a set tolerance range, and is equal to the target weight value. In a combination weighing method in which the combination that yields the closest value is determined and the articles are discharged from the determined set of weighing machines, the average weight value of the articles put into each weighing machine is determined, and the target weight value is calculated based on the average weight value. The method is characterized in that the number of weighing machines to be combined and discharged is calculated by dividing the number of weighing machines, and the number of weighing machines to be included in the combination is changed according to the calculated number.

A combination calculation is performed, and a combination weight value is calculated for each combination. The obtained combined weight value is compared with the target weight value Wa set in the target weight setting section 6, and is either equal to Wa or the upper limit weight signal Wp of the upper limit weight setting section 5 and the lower limit weight signal Wl of the lower limit weight setting section 7. The optimum combination closest to the target weight value Wa is determined within the range of , and a discharge signal Se for discharging the article is given to the weighing hopper of the corresponding weighing machine to discharge the article. Note that the lower limit weight setting section 7 may be omitted and only the weight within the upper limit weight setting range may be discharged, and this method is ideal for weighing products. On the other hand, a supply signal Sf is applied to a pool hopper provided above the weighing machine that discharged the articles, and the articles are supplied to the weighing hopper attached to the weighing machine.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of an embodiment of the combined weighing method according to the present invention. In the present invention, the basic idea is to change the number of weighing machines participating in the combination according to the number of weighing machines that provide the target weight value. , the participants will be given priority to selecting items from the weighing machine with the highest number of items. The total number of units that can be selected is, for example, up to 1.
Under normal conditions, the supply amount of goods is adjusted so that 10 weighing machines can always participate in the combination, that is, the goods related to the optimal combination are discharged from around 5 weighing machines each time. Adjust the supply amount so that
The remaining 1, for example 4 weighing machines are used for replenishment when the target weight value increases or when the supply of goods becomes insufficient.

In addition, when performing a combination using around 10 weighing machines, the setting selected from among the other weighing machines other than the weighing machine in question while discharging or resupplying the goods of the weighing machine related to the previously determined optimal combination. The next combination calculation is performed using a number of weighing machines to speed up the weighing process. In addition, as the number of weighing machines participating in the combination increases, the combination calculation time also increases, so in this example, the combination calculation using 10 weighing machines is used as a base, and if the number of participating weighing machines increases beyond that, the time required for the combination calculation increases. Combination calculation that always includes the weighing machines, that is, adding the increased weight values of the weighing machines to each of the 1023 combined weight values (added values) formed by combining the weight values of the above 10 weighing machines. The calculation is performed to shorten the calculation time.

Next, this combination calculation will be explained based on the flowchart of FIG. Previously, if the value of X mentioned above is within the range of
10 weighing machines are selected as described above, and 1023 combination calculations are performed using the selected 10 weighing machines, for example, weighing machine No. Determine (Step a1) 0 If the next determined combined weight value is the optimal combined weight (correct amount) included within the upper and lower limits, the article is discharged from the corresponding weighing machine, and if the correct amount cannot be obtained, Adds another weighing machine to the previous 10 weighing machines and executes a combination operation involving that weighing machine.0For example, if the added weighing machine is called weighing machine NO, @l, then this The weight value is stored in the weighing machine No. ~ [

In this way, in this example, when X is 7 or less, the number of weighing machines that are combined and discharged may be around 5, so first, the combination calculation is performed using 10 weighing machines, and then If the correct combination cannot be obtained, there may be a supply shortage or a change in the target weight value, so the combination calculation is performed using a total of 11 weighing machines, including one other weighing machine. Combinations are performed so that weighing machines added later are always included in the discharge combination, so that the number of weighing machines to be discharged in combination is around 6. In addition, in combinations that include additional weighing machines, the 1023 combination addition values stored in the previous combination calculation are used, so the calculation again is a simple addition process, and the calculation processing time is shorter than the first time. will be significantly shortened. That is, in the first 1023 combinations, it is necessary to add the weight values of all the weighing machines included in that combination for each combination, but in the second calculation, this addition process is not necessary. , the total calculation processing time is shortened.

In this way, we will use the combination of 10 weighing machines as the base, and if the number of weighing machines that make up the optimal combination (discharge combination) changes due to a change in the target weight value or variations in the amount of goods supplied, we will adjust accordingly. When the number of weighing machines participating in a combination is changed and the change is an increase in the number of weighing machines, the number of weighing machines exceeding 10 must be included in the optimal combination in order to prevent an increase in the combination calculation time due to this change. (1) Combining the weight values of multiple weighing machines and finding the combination in which the combined weight value is equal to the target weight value or is within the set tolerance range and is the closest value to the target weight value. In a combination weighing method in which articles are discharged from a set of weighing machines, the average weight value of the articles loaded into each weighing machine is calculated, and the target weight value is divided by the average weight value to determine the number of weighing machines that are discharged in combination. The method is characterized by calculating the number of weighing machines and changing the number of weighing machines to participate in the combination according to the number of weighing machines.
