Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the precise molding of a conforming article repeatedly, by controlling the pressure for clamping a mold by following up a reference pattern which is made from the condition at the time of molding the conforming article. CONSTITUTION:For molding article, a mold is preliminarily closed to retain a slight gap delta and a resin material filling under injection from an injection machine 14 is cast into the cavity 15 of the mold, and then the mold is closed so that a gap delta disappears. An oil-pressure in a mold closing cylinder 11 is sensed with an oil-pressure sensor 16, and also the pressure of the resin material is sensed with a resin pressure sensor 17. These values sensed by both sensing devices (sensed pattern X) are transferred to a sampling unit 18 and when the molding of a conforming article is considered possible, they are stored to a memory unit 19 as a reference pattern X0. After the setting of the reference pattern X0, by working a electromagnetic relief valve 23 on a value of a setter 22 and a deviation (X0-X) which is derived from comparative operation of the sensed pattern X and the reference pattern X0 with a comparison operating device 20, the pressure of the mold closing cylinder is controlled as a proper pressure for mold closing.
