力が精度よく制御されたとしても金型温度、作動油温等
の変化により型締速度は一定せずに不安定となり、その
結果転写性に関する品質の向上は難しい。

ートの型締め位置における型締速度を速度検出器によっ
て検出し、前記検出した型締速度が前記設定器に設定し
た速度と一致するように型締速度を制御する射出圧縮成
形機の型締制御方法とした。

折れ線状に変化するという意味の多段勾配プログラムを
設定し、油圧源5を作動させると圧縮の為の型開き位置
δに金型が達した時点より、型締シリンダー6による型
締は前記設定器4に設定された型締速度プログラムと速
度検出器7で検出する速度とを比較演算部8に於て速度
偏差が零となる様にサーボアンプ9を介して電磁サーボ
弁10にフィードバックされて閉ループの型締速度制御が
行われる。
