Abstract

移動自在に支承されるとともに下方に向けて弾発付勢さ
れ、前記支持面と共働して上板部を挟圧する押圧パッド
と;前記ダイと共働して側板部を挟圧すべく揺動可能に
して押圧パッドに支承されるスイングパッドと;前記ダ
イの絞り用ダイ部分と共働して凹部を形成すべく揺動可
能にして押圧パッドに支承されるスイングパンチと;昇
降体の降下に応じて、ダイの側板部への近接回動、スイ
ングバンドの側板部への近接回動、スイングパンチの側
板部への近接回動およびベンドダイの側板部への近接回
動を順次行なわしめる駆動カム機構と;を備えるので、
昇降体を1回降下させるだけの1工程で、絞り加工と曲
げ加工とをワークに施すことが可能になった。しかもス
イングパンチでワークの側板部を押さえた状態でベンド
ダイによる曲げ加工が行なわれるので、曲げ加工の成形
性が向上する。

部外方で該側板部に対する近接、離反移動を可能として
配設され、前記曲げ用ダイ部分と共働して側板部の下端
を曲げ加工するためのベンドパンチと;支持面上のワー
クの上方で昇降可能な昇降体と;昇降体に上下相対移動
自在に支承されるとともに下方に向けて弾発付勢され、
前記支持面と共働して上板部を挟圧する押圧パッドと;
前記ダイと共働して側板部を挟圧すべく揺動可能にして
押圧パッドに支承されるスイングパッドと;前記ダイの
絞り用ダイ部分と共働して凹部を成形すべく揺動可能に
して押圧パッドに支承されるスイングパンチと;昇降体
の降下に応じて、ダイの側板部への近接移動、スイング
パッドの側板部への近接回動、スイングパンチの側板部
