Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate precise fitting by fixing a lens to a lens holder made of a hard-to-work hard material through an annular lens receive made of an easy-to-work soft material. CONSTITUTION:The lens is held in a lens barrel 1 formed of the hard-to-work hard material, e.g. super invar, stone, glass, etc., by using the lens receiver 2, a lens presser ring holder 3, a lens presser ring 4. The lens receiver 2 and lens presser ring holder 3 are fitted as independent parts to the lens barrel 1 while a gap is left so that the influence of the coefficient of expansion of auxiliary metal is reduced. Then, auxiliary metallic fixtures 2 and 3 used, for example, brass which has a larger coefficient of expansion than the lens barrel 1 and are worked to external diameters which are several mum larger than the internal diameter of the lens barrel 1. Then, the lens barrel 1 is heated and the auxiliary metallic fixtures 2 and 3 are cooled and pressed in; and the lens 5 is inserted and the presser ring 4 is engaged threadably with the lens presser ring holder 3 to fix the lens 5 in the lens barrel 1.

[Conventional technology] Stainless steel is used as the lens barrel material! I (linear expansion coefficient 16

0-7) etc. are used, their linear expansion coefficient is the linear expansion coefficient of the lens (BK 7...74x 10-7
), the lens may become distorted or decentered due to external temperature changes, reducing the optical performance of the lens. Needless to say, to solve this problem, the material for the lens barrel should be a material with a linear expansion coefficient comparable to that of the lens, such as ceramics (80X 10-7), glass (74X 10-7), carbon (70X 10-7), etc.
7), titanium (85X 10-7), rhodium (85X 10-7), platinum-rhodium alloy, or the like may be used to manufacture the lens barrel. Conventionally, in order to manufacture a lens Vl barrel using such a material, as shown in Fig. 4, a lens holder 2 is machined inside the lens barrel, and a lens 5 is bonded to this with epoxy resin or photocurable resin. After the adhesive is completely cured, center the lens 5 using the bell crank holder 6 as shown in FIG. Diameter 1a
and the abutment surface 1b, the IC was finished by cutting or grinding with a processing tool 7 (1986-17
(See No. 1009).

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention and Means for Solving the Problems 1 The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and is particularly suitable for glass materials with a small coefficient of expansion, such as quartz glass (5x 1o-y), which is difficult to process. The purpose of this lens is to fix the lens to a tube material such as stone, glass, super invar, etc. with high precision.

The object of the present invention is to provide a lens barrel or lens holder made of a hard material that is difficult to process, an annular lens holder made of a soft material that is easy to process fixed to the lens barrel or lens holder, and a ring-shaped lens holder made of a soft material that is easy to process. a lens on the other side of the lens, abutting the other side of the lens and spaced apart from the lens receiver;
A lens holding ring boulder 1 made of a soft material that is easy to process is fixed to the lens barrel lens holder, and a lens holding ring is removably fixed to the lens holding ring holder and holds the lens. This is achieved by a lens assembly in which the lens is fixed, avoiding machining of the tube or lens holder.

5 is a lens. As shown in the figure, the lens holder 2 and the lens retaining ring holder 3 of the auxiliary fitting are separate parts and are attached to the lens barrel with a gap between them. This is to reduce the influence of the expansion coefficient of the auxiliary fittings. The auxiliary fitting 2.3 is made of a material with a larger expansion coefficient than the lens barrel 1, such as brass (1,8
The outer diameter of the lens barrel 1 is made several microns larger than that of the lens barrel 1 by using a lens (X 10-5 ). When fixing the auxiliary bracket to the lens barrel, soak the auxiliary bracket in cold water (about 5℃). Meanwhile, the lens barrel 1 is soaked in hot water (approximately 80° C.) and attached to the main shaft of a lathe. Press the auxiliary fittings 2 and 3 into the lens barrel 1 using the insertion rod attached to the table.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a thread is cut inside the lens barrel 1, and the auxiliary metal fitting 2.3 and the lens barrel 1 are screwed together, and the auxiliary metal fitting 2.3 is inserted into the lens barrel.
Fix 3. A lens holding ring holder 3 and a lens holding ring 4 are screwed together to fix a lens 5 within a lens barrel 1. In practice, it is preferable to set the outer diameter of the auxiliary metal fitting to 2 to 3 mm to reduce its rigidity and reduce the influence of expansion of the auxiliary metal fitting.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention makes it possible to precisely attach a lens to a lens barrel or lens holder made of a hard material that has a small expansion coefficient but is difficult to process.
This can be achieved without machining the tube or lens holder, or with minimal simple machining. Furthermore, since the auxiliary metal fittings include the lens holder and the lens retaining ring holder as separate parts and are arranged at intervals, the influence of expansion of the auxiliary metal fittings is small.
