Conventional configurations and their problems In general, in ceiling-hanging air conditioners for commercial use, it has become mainstream to make the air outlet grilles provided at the air outlets made of resin in order to reduce their weight and cost. ing. In order to harmonize with the main unit or with the air-conditioned room, many of these outlet grilles have their exposed external parts colored and painted.In this case, hot stamping is often used because the coating is on resin. ing. In other words, as is well known, hot stamp painting is a process in which a film with a paint film is pressed against the surface to be painted by applying a predetermined pressure and temperature to transfer the paint film to the surface to be painted. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to distinguish the area to be painted if the area to be painted is arcuate. In other words, as shown in Fig. 1A, if the front lower end b of the horizontal beam a serving as an outlet grille is an arcuate surface, the coating film c formed by hot stamping is difficult to form a linear coating on the arcuate surface. It is unavoidable that the surface will be painted. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1B or FIG. The corner portion is formed to have a non-arc shape as described above. In addition, if it is less than 90°,
A non-arc surface can avoid unevenness, but it has the disadvantage that the paint film is likely to peel off. However, Figure 1b,
In the horizontal bar a shown in C, an arcuate surface as shown in FIG. As a result of the hot-stamped coating c being present on the corner portions, the coating film was constantly soaked with dew and was prone to peeling off.

Purpose of the invention Therefore, the present invention has been developed to make it possible to reliably and accurately form a coating film on the front end surface of the horizontal crosspiece of a hot-stamped outlet grill, to suppress the blowing out of dew and the growth of dew, and to prevent the coating film from being caused by dew. This was done in an attempt to eliminate the negative effects of

Structure of the invention In order to achieve this object, the air outlet grill of the invention is constructed by arranging an appropriate number of horizontal bars in parallel, each having a front end surface painted with a hot stamp. an upper wall connected to the upper end in a non-arc shape at a predetermined angle through which the blown air passes through the upper surface; a lower wall connected to the rear end of the upper wall and through which the blown air passes through the lower surface;
a non-arc-shaped inclined wall connected to the lower end of the front end surface at an angle of 90° or more and connected to the lower wall; A water-absorbing member is provided from the bottom wall to the bottom wall. This makes it possible to reliably hot stamp only the front end face, and also allows the generated dew to flow along the sloped wall rather than near the cuts in the coating film made by hot stamping, so that it forms an arc between the sloped wall and the bottom wall. The dew is guided to the connecting part, preventing the growth of large dew droplets in this part, and further absorbing water with a water-absorbing member to prevent it from scattering from the outlet.

In the figure, 1 is a ceiling-suspended air conditioner body that is installed on the ceiling of an air-conditioned room, and has an air inlet 2 on the bottom and an air outlet 3 on the front, and has a blower 4 and a heat exchanger 5 inside. etc. are arranged respectively. The air outlet 3 is provided with an outlet grille 6 which is integrally formed of synthetic resin and whose main body is a horizontal bar.
That is, this blow-off grille 6 includes upper and lower frames 7 and 8 fixed to the main body 1, frames 9 and 10 at both left and right ends,
It consists of a vertical bar 11 located approximately in the center and horizontal bars 12, 13, 14, and 15 arranged in parallel between the upper and lower frames 7 and 8. These horizontal bars 12, 13, 14, 15 have their longitudinal axes centered at the upper horizontal bar 1.
2 and 13 are parallel to the blowing direction, the horizontal bar 14 is inclined so that the blown air is directed downward, and the horizontal bar 15 is parallel to the blowing direction.

Next, each of the horizontal bars 12, 13, 14, and 15 will be explained in more detail, but since these have substantially similar shapes, only the horizontal bar 15 will be explained. The horizontal bar 15 is formed at a predetermined angle α as a non-arc surface with the upper end of the front end surface 15a (the horizontal bars 12 and 13 are
゜) and the upper wall 15 through which the blown air passes
b, a lower wall 15c connected in an arc shape with the rear end of the upper wall 15b and through which the blown air passes through the lower surface, and a non-arc surface and an angle β of 90° or more with the lower end of the front end surface 15a.
Inclined wall 1 connected to the lower end of the lower wall 15c
5d. That is, the inclined wall 15d is connected to the lower end of the front end surface 15a at an angle of 90 degrees or more, thereby guiding dew generated toward the lower end of the inclined wall 15d. Further, the connecting portion 15e between the inclined wall 15d and the lower wall 15c is formed into an arcuate surface having a predetermined diameter R to prevent generated dew from growing into large particles due to surface tension. The flocked hair 16 extends from the lowest end of this arc-shaped connecting portion 15e to the surface of the lower wall 15c.
(water-absorbing member) is provided to prevent dew from dripping by allowing dew to flow around the lower wall 15c.

In other words, in the above structure, the corners of the front end surface 15a forming the coating film A, the upper wall 15b, and the inclined wall 15d are non-circular surfaces and form an angle of 90 degrees or more, so that the coating by hot stamping is finished neatly and there is no possibility of peeling. Hateful. The dew generated on the front end surface 15a flows along the inclined wall 15d to the connecting portion 15e without being stagnated at the corner portion, which is the break in the coating film A. Since this connecting portion 15e is arcuate, it reduces the surface tension of the dew and prevents it from becoming large particles, and at the same time, the flocking 16 wraps around the lower wall 15c and prevents the dew from dripping.

Effects of the Device As is clear from the above explanation, it goes without saying that according to the present invention, when forming a coating film by hot stamping on the front end face of the horizontal crosspiece, it is possible to reliably and neatly finish each boundary between the top wall and the inclined wall. This prevents the dew that is generated during construction to reach the connection between the inclined wall and the lower wall, preventing it from stagnation at the breaks in the paint film.The arc surface of the connection also prevents dew from growing, and the water-absorbing material prevents dripping. It has various effects such as:
