して兼用するよう、その端面部８，８′に装飾仕

に形成した安全パツド兼装飾部材１４，１４′が
複数個の取付ネジ１５，１５′を芯材４４，４

材の前方，後方を結合する連結部材に取付けられ
る前部装着金具，後部装着金具にて行なわれるた
め、構造，寸法の異なる多種の車への対応が孔位
置の異なる前部装着金具，後部装着金具の変更の
みで可能であり、また装着作業が非常に行ない易
