１と後ボデー６とを互いに向き合せてその外周縁
を気密状に一体的に接合してガス分配室８となし
、そのガス分配室８に通ずるガス導入口５を設け
、かつ前記前ボデー１の上部に横長手方向の膨出
部２を形成すると共に、その膨出部２上に所定間
隔を隔てて複数個の突出部３を形成し、その各突
出部３の頂部に所定径のノズル孔４を穿設してな
