。"Prior Art" Conventionally, when constructing a building, etc., a prefabrication method using precast panels for partition walls, exterior walls, etc. has been applied. The precast panel is a concrete plate that has been pre-formed to a predetermined shape and size, and partition walls, exterior walls, etc. are formed by simply attaching it to a predetermined position, so it is possible to significantly shorten the construction period. .

For this reason, it is desired to reduce the weight of precast panels, and for example, the precast panels are made of lightweight concrete or the like, or the precast panels themselves are made thinner.

Alternatively, cast lightweight mortar to form two boards, place one of these boards sideways, and then place a light ff1 on top of this board.
The method is characterized in that a solidifying material mixed with fil aggregate is cast, and before this solidifying material hardens, another board is placed on top of the solidifying material.

If the overall thickness is about the same as that of a precast panel, it is 'Ifrm'. Since the two fiber-reinforced boards are placed on the outside of the panel, they increase bending strength and shear strength, and have sufficient strength even when a load is applied to the panel. The layers improve sound insulation properties.

By mixing reinforcing fibers such as steel fibers (RKt), it is possible to increase the bending strength and shear strength of the panel, and it is also possible to provide a precast panel with high sound insulation performance. The same sound insulation performance that was achieved by increasing the thickness of the panels can be achieved by laminating a sound insulation layer between fiber reinforced boards, which allows the panel itself to be thinner and lighter. can be achieved.
