However, although the former type of equipment is very efficient and has excellent operability for popular, regular-sized products, it has little opportunity to operate for small-lot products of other sizes.
Moreover, there is a lot of waiting time for finishing, and therefore, the elapsed stagnation time until finishing is very long, so application of this method to such small quantities is inefficient and completely impractical. The latter is an integrated, light-tight, fully automatic device that frees you from darkroom work and is extremely easy to operate. However, although the time required for the exposure process is short, the time required for the processes after development is 2 to 10 times longer, and since these processes are connected vertically, the idle time of the exposure process is longer. The drawback is that it is extremely inefficient. From such an efficient point of view, it is possible to make the image exposure process and the processes after development into separate machines, and arrange them at a ratio of 2 to 10 development processing devices for each image exposure device. It's a good situation. The numbers 2 to 10 are numbers that vary depending on the performance of the photosensitive material. Therefore, it can be said that the former method is inefficient for small-volume products, and the latter method is basically inefficient for all sizes. The purpose of the present invention is to solve these problems and to provide an efficient and easy-to-operate method for processing photosensitive materials of almost any size that does not involve darkroom work as much as possible. It is to be.

In order to achieve this purpose, the copying apparatus of the latter type is divided into two, an image exposure device 1a shown in FIG. 4b and a developing device 1b shown in FIG. 12e is placed in a light-tight storage container, and the image-exposed sheet photosensitive material is refilled in a separately prepared refilling dark box with a simple operation, albeit with some fumbling.
If the refilled container containing the image-exposed sheet-like photosensitive material is set in the developing device 1b, processing of the photosensitive material can be carried out easily and reliably in a bright room in an efficient manner in conjunction with the developing device 1b. An object of the present invention is to provide a light-tight photosensitive material container for collecting sheet-like photosensitive material that has been subjected to image exposure, and a refillable photosensitive material container is proposed in a separate application. Therefore, this purpose is to act on a part of the main body of the image exposure apparatus by being mounted on the image exposure apparatus, to form an opening for receiving the displaced and image-exposed photosensitive material, and to set the feeding member for the photosensitive material so as to be drivable. This is achieved by a photosensitive material storage container having an opening/closing lid that is displaced to close the opening when removed from the image exposure device, and in which the feeding member is housed and makes the interior light-tight. .

One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Further, members having the same functions as those in the conventional example are indicated by the same numbers. The photosensitive material storage container 52 has a lid 55 on the top of a rectangular parallelepiped box 53 that slides to open and close via a biasing spring 55a, and a bottom that is biased by a torque spring 67a and an auxiliary spring 68 and rotates around a rotation shaft 67. A push-up plate 66 that moves to push up the sheet-like photosensitive material 12e is provided, and a symmetrical frame 62 that rotates by being biased counterclockwise around the rotational shaft 58 by a torque spring 58a is provided on the upper part. A conveyance roller 64 is rotatably supported by a pongee 63 at the end of the frame. Furthermore, a bridge-shaped connecting guide member 62a that contacts the row 264 and connects the frame 62 is provided. This member 62a is in contact with the roller 64, has spring properties or cushion properties, and is preferably made of a material such as Teflon that has low frictional resistance against paper or the like. Further, when the lower end portion 62b of the frame body is biased by the torque spring 58a, it comes into contact with the edge portion of the push-up plate 66 outside the photosensitive material accommodation width, and acts to push down the push-up plate. The lid 55 has a stepped portion 54 at the top, and the portion where the i55 slides and comes into contact with the box 53 and/or the lid 5
A light-shielding material 56 such as black felt or velvet is attached to the portion 5 to ensure that the storage container 52 is completely light-tight when the lid is closed. On the other hand, when the container 52 is loaded into the image exposure apparatus 1a in the direction of the arrow A, a black velvet material or the like is pasted on the inside of the opening 90 so as to make contact in a light-tight manner, as shown in FIG. The shielding plate 73 is placed against the tip 53a of the container, and the shielding plate 73 is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the opening via the black velvet material of the container while being tilted around the rotational shaft 73a. It is then loaded while maintaining light-tight conditions. Incidentally, the shielding plate 73 is biased so as to always come into contact with the inside of the opening 90 by a biasing spring 73b provided at the end of the rotation support shaft 73a. Further, the sliding lid 55 is always urged in the closing direction by a spring 55a. A protrusion 55c is provided in the container loading passage of the image exposure device 1a, and during loading, the stepped portion 5 at the tip of the lid 55
4 hits the protrusion 55c, the lid 55 begins to open, and is fully opened at the loading end position. In this state, the frame 62 of the container 52 loaded into the image exposure apparatus 1a is lifted, and the conveyance roller 64 provided on the frame is assembled into the image exposure apparatus 1a. Transport drive el-? 21, which is driven in conjunction with the idle roller 22. Also, at the same time, the push-up plate 66
is pressed against the bottom of the container, and the interior of the container has a large storage space, and the sheet photosensitive material that has been image exposed at the image exposure position 40 is transferred to the transport drive roller 21. The sheets are held between the pressure rollers 21a and the conveyor rollers 64 and the connecting member 62a, and are fed into the container and accumulated on the push-up plate 66. The container that has been stored is removed from the image exposure device 1a, but the stepped portion 54 at the tip of the lid 55 is closed by the action of the biasing spring 55a while contacting the protrusion 55c, and the stepped portion 54 is closed by the action of the biasing spring 55a. The edge 54a of the attached portion contacts the back surface 62c of the frame while pushing the frame together with the rollers 64 into the box 53, and the frame is completely sealed when taken out of the apparatus 1a. Further, in the image exposure device 1a, the closing plate 73 is brought into close contact with the opening by the action of the biasing spring 73b, and a light-tight state is ensured. The exposed sheet-like photosensitive material 12e is collected in the storage container 52 and taken out in the state shown in FIG. 3. This is packed into a separately proposed dedicated storage container, loaded into the loading opening of the developing device 1b shown in FIG. 4c, and subjected to finishing processing. By loading the container, the light-tight safety of the container and the developing device is ensured by the same means as in the case of loading the image exposure device. Now, a roller with a frame body is housed in the container removed from the image exposure apparatus and recovered, and the accumulated sheet photosensitive material is held in a cushioning manner between the push-up plate and the frame body. This photosensitive material 12e is taken out in a separately prepared dark box or dark room, repacked into a developer storage container, and then loaded into the developing device 1b as shown in FIG. Stable [Sent to 27, 28 and drying room 30
The photosensitive material 12f is recovered as a finished photosensitive material. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the exposed sheet photosensitive material 12e by the image exposure device can be safely, reliably and easily collected into a storage container in a light-tight state by operation in a bright room. Since these photosensitive materials can be repacked into a separate storage container for a developing device, the developing process can also be carried out in a bright room after repacking. Moreover, by incorporating this invention, it becomes possible to imagewise expose an arbitrary amount of a photosensitive material of an arbitrary size using an imagewise exposure device and collect it in a storage container, and furthermore, the recovered imagewise exposed sheet-like photosensitive material can be Since it can be immediately loaded into the developing device, it has become possible to achieve image finishing with little loss time and high operating efficiency.
