Abstract

PURPOSE:To safely and effectively compact rubble slope by turning a roller through a wire rope from a base ship. CONSTITUTION:A wire rope 3 whose one end is fixed to a base ship 1 is wound around a roller 4 for compacting a rubble slope at least two times or more. The other end of the rope 3 is attached to winch 6 provided on the base ship 1 in such a manner that it can be wound up and rewound. The roller 4 is rotationally pulled up along a rubble slope 10 from the lower end A to be upper end B from the upside of the ship 1. The compacting operation of the rubble slope is possible even at deep water depths without the needs for diver's operation. The cost of the operations can thus be reduced.

When constructing gravity-type structures underwater for breakwater and seawall construction, etc., rubble is thrown into the water to form a rubble mound. Conventionally, divers were relied on to reduce the mutual gaps and compact the materials, but in deep water, it becomes difficult to use divers.

そこで、本発明者等は、潜水夫に頼らずに、捨石法面の

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have developed a method using the rubble method using the roller's own weight by pulling up a roller having a weight capable of compacting the rubble on the rubble slope from the lower end to the upper end of the rubble slope without relying on divers. As a result of conducting various experiments focusing on scales while compacting the surface, we found that when pulling a roller up against a rubble slope using a wire rope, if the wire rope is wrapped only once around the roller, the roller will not rotate. If left untreated, it would be dragged on the rubble slope and there was a problem that good compaction of the rubble slope would not be achieved.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and uses a diver to pull up the rubble slope from the lower end to the upper edge while rotating the roller for compacting the rubble slope. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for compacting a rubble slope, which can perform good compaction of a rubble slope without having to do so.

In order to achieve the above object, the method of compacting a rubble slope according to the present invention involves wrapping a wire rope, one end of which is fixed to a barge, at least twice around a roller for compacting a rubble slope. It is constructed by winding the other end of the rope onto a winch installed on the barge and attaching it so that it can be unwound, and winding it up from the barge while rotating the roller along the lower end to the upper end of the rubble slope.

Below, referring to the drawings, an embodiment of an apparatus for compacting a rubble slope to which the compaction method of the present invention is applied will be described.
The middle part of two wire ropes 3, one end of which is attached to a wire rope fixture 2 provided at the front end of a barge 1 as shown in the figure, is a wire installed around both ends of a roller 4 for compacting a rubble slope. The rope is wound around the groove 5 at least twice, for example two or three times, and then the other ends of the wire rope 3 are wrapped around the roller winch 6 provided on the barge 1. It is installed so that it can be rolled up and rewound via the fairlead 9.

Next, we will explain one gallery in which compaction work is carried out using the device for compacting rubble slopes having the above configuration. First, as shown in Fig. 3, the winch 6 for hoisting the roller on the barge 1 By winding up the rollers 4, the barge 1 is moored at the position of a buoy 11 or a flag provided on the water surface at the lower end A of the rubble slope 10 of the rubble mound.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the roller hoisting winch 6 is rewound to lower the roller 4 onto the lower end A of the rubble slope 10, and then, as shown in FIG. While loosening the wire rope 3 by further unwinding, move the barge 1 to the position of the buoy 12 or flag set on the water surface at the upper end B of the rubble slope 10, and use the anchor wire 8 shown in Fig. 1. and moor up.

Next, as shown in Fig. 6, a winch 6 for hoisting the roller
By winding up, the roller 4 is rolled up along the lower end A to the upper end B of the rubble slope 10 while rotating the roller 4, and the rubble slope 10 is compacted by the roller 4's own weight.

When the roller 4 reaches the upper end B as shown in FIG. 7, the roller 4 is wound up and the barge 1 is moved, and the process from the state shown in FIG. 3 to the state shown in FIG. 7 continues to the next rubble slope 10.
The compaction work will be repeated.

As explained above, if the method of compacting a rubble slope according to the present invention is adopted, the work by divers is not required, and compaction work can be performed in deep water areas, increasing the safety of the work. At the same time, the work cost can be reduced.

In addition, when the roller used in the present invention is rolled up the slope of the rubble slope, the wire rope is wrapped at least twice, so the roller itself always rotates, and its own weight effectively compacts the rubble. It is effective in forming a good rubble slope.
