Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 脱着式ルーフパネルの一方の端縁が係止さ
    れるルーフパネル固定装置と、前記ルーフパネル
    の他方の端縁が係止されるルーフパネル保持装置
    とにより、ルーフパネルの上下方向、左右方向、
    前後方向移動を規制してルーフパネルを自動車の
    格納スペース内に保持してなる脱着式ルーフパネ
    ルの格納装置において、 前記ルーフパネル保持装置は、格納スペースの
    内周壁に前記ルーフパネル固定装置方向に移動自
    在に保持され、前記ルーフパネルの取付切欠に嵌
    入して、該ルーフパネルの上下方向移動を規制す
    ると共に、該ルーフパネルを前記ルーフパネル固
    定装置方向に弾撥的に押動する押動体を備えてな
    ることを特徴とする脱着式ルーフパネルの格納装
    置。 (2) 前記押動体は、先端にルーフパネルの取付
    切欠に嵌入して係止するシユーと、押動方向に長
    く形成された移動長孔と、移動長孔の下方に突出
    されるコイルばね係合段部とを備え、 前記内周壁側には、該押動体の移動長孔に挿通
    して該押動体を内周壁側に摺動自在に取付ける２
    本のガイドピンと、 押動体のコイルばね係合段部と前記内周壁側部
    分間に装架され、該コイルばね係合段部を外方に
    押圧するコイルばねとを設けてなる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の脱着式ルーフパネルの格
    納装置。
