Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to install illumination equipments, fire extinguishing facilities, sensors and the like at the ceiling with ample spaces without disturbing clean air and further easily perform execution of works and maintenance work by opening a clean air blow-off port on the sloped surface of a ceiling wall curved in a corrugated shape. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling wall 52 as an ornamental wall of a clean air chamber 50 is curved in a corrugated form, and a clean air blow-off port 54 is provided at a surface inclined toward one direction thereof. A suction port 58 is provided at the lower part of a side wall 56. The suction port 58 is connected to an air conditioner 62 together with an external air introduction duct 64 via a suction duct 64. Air-conditioned air which has been subjected to mixing is fed to a ceiling chamber 70 via a blast duct 68 as shown by arrows by means of a blower 66, and blown into the air-cleaned chamber 50 from a clean air blow-off part 54 as clean air.

That is, a large number of clean air outlets 16 are provided at intervals on the ceiling wall 14 of the air cleaning room 12, and an intake port 20 is provided at the lower part of the side wall 18. The intake port 20 is connected to an air conditioner 24 through an intake duct 22 together with an outside air introduction duct 26, and the conditioned air mixed by the air conditioner 24 is sent to a ceiling chamber 32 via an air supply duct 30 by a blower 28. The clean air outlet 16 is supplied with clean air.
The air is blown into the air cleaning chamber 12.

By the way, in the conventional air cleaning room 12, the clean air outlet 16 is provided so as to open perpendicularly to the horizontal ceiling wall 14, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. That is, the ceiling wall 14 is constructed of, for example, a lattice-like frame, and is suspended from the ceiling concrete using hanging fittings 34. A clean air outlet 16 is formed by the hole in the frame, and the clean air outlet 16
A filter 36 is attached to each. Note that lighting fixtures 38 and the like are provided at appropriate locations on the frame. Lighting equipment 38
For example, a lamp 44 is housed in a box 40 with a choke 42 interposed therebetween.

However, in such a conventional configuration, directly below the lighting fixture 38, the air blown out from the adjacent clean air outlet 16 becomes turbulent, which may deteriorate the cleanliness inside the air clean room 12. . Although it is possible to reduce the width of the lighting fixture 38, there is a technical limit. Further, if the opening area of the clean air outlet 16 is excessively expanded to improve air blowing performance, it becomes difficult to install fire extinguishing equipment and various sensors on the ceiling.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to install lighting equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, sensors, etc. with sufficient space in the ceiling without disturbing clean air, and it is easy to install and maintain. [Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a ceiling wall bent in a corrugated manner, and a clean air outlet is provided on an inclined surface of the ceiling wall. It is open and allows clean air to fall evenly into the room.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view showing the clean air outlet 54 in detail. As shown in FIG. 2, the frames constituting the ceiling wall 52 are arranged in a diagonal arrangement. A clean air outlet 54 is formed by a hole facing one side of the frame, and a filter 72 is fitted and installed in the clean air outlet 54. In addition, according to the configuration of such an embodiment in which the lighting equipment 74, the fire extinguishing equipment 76, etc. are installed in a portion adjacent to the clean air outlet 54 with an inclination of approximately 90 degrees in the opposite direction, the clean air outlet 54
Since the lighting fixtures 74 and the like are arranged substantially perpendicular to this, the flow of the blown air is not obstructed. Therefore, clean air is blown into the air cleaning chamber 50 without creating turbulence. Further, the opening surfaces of the clean air outlets 54 are arranged in parallel without any gaps along the blowing direction, and no vortex or the like is generated. Therefore, indoor cleanliness can be improved compared to the conventional method. Moreover, the ceiling wall 52
By making it wavy, the ceiling area is expanded, a sufficient space for installing lighting equipment 74, etc. can be secured, and construction and maintenance work can be easily performed.

In the embodiment described above, the intake port 58 was provided on the right side wall 56, but the air intake port 58 may be provided on the left side wall opposite to the blowout airflow direction of the outlet 54 to further improve the indoor airflow distribution. .
