Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the setting of the molding condition of next time during continuous operation and shorten a set-up time with respect to the molding condition by a method wherein a titled device is constituted so that the change of writing of data can be effected into a data area, which permits random access, through an operation/presetting switching unit and a molding condition indicating unit. CONSTITUTION:An injection molding machine 1 effects molding in accordance with molding conditions in an operation data area 6a. In this case, the contents of the operation data area 6a are indicated in a molding condition indicating unit 3. When a production arrives near a preliminarily number, a presetting operation switch 5 is selected and the data of a presetting data area 6b is sent out to the molding condition indicating unit 3. Changing or confirmation is effected while observing the contents. During this period, the injection molding machine 1 continues the production thereof in accordance with the molding condition. に影Kを与えることなく、成形条件表示部を次の金型の
成形条件の設定が可能となるように切換えて、ここでプ
リ設定を行ない、射出成形機の連転中に次回の成形条件
に関する段取り作業を終了して段取り時間の短縮化を図
ることを目的とするものである。

条件の設定を可能としたことを特徴とする射出成形機に
おける成形条件プリ設定装置を構成とし、これを上記問
題点の解決手段とするものである。

段取り時間を大巾に短縮することができるものである。
