本発明はフイルムコンデンサの巻取方法に関す

現在フイルムコンデンサは積層化および小型化
をたどつている。この積層コンデンサは大径の巻
胴外周に誘電体と電極箔とを交互にして巻き取つ
た後このリング状となした積層コンデンサ母体を
巻胴より外し、所定寸法に切断し―コンデンサ単
位として製するものである。しかしこの巻取に於
ては上記目的を達成するため極薄フイルム、狭巾
フイルムが使用されるがこのようなフイルムの巻
取時フイルムに一定の張力を与えつつ正確に行う
必要がある。極薄フイルムや狭巾フイルムにはフ
イルムに与える張力やフイルムの走行時に於ける
蛇行をコントロールするには限度があり、これは
巻き取られたコンデンサ母材の特性に大きな影響
を与えるものとなる。従つて誘電体等の巻取時正
確に且一定張力にて巻取ることが必要条件とな

本発明はこれに鑑みてなしたもので、積層コン
デンサの製造工程に於けるフイルムコンデンサの
巻取方法において、巻芯軸の外周面に誘電体、電
極箔等の素材を巻収したロールを直接所定圧力に
て接触せしめつつフイルムにかかる張力を分散し
ながら巻き取るようになしたことを要旨とし、以

電体ロール2と電極箔を巻収した電極箔ロール3
とを夫々一定の間隔をおいて対設し、各ロールと
巻芯軸外周面とを設定された圧力にて圧接するよ
うになす。これは各種の方法を採用できるが、図
示の実施例では揺動フレーム4の先端に上記各ロ
ールを回動自在に支持し、この揺動フレームの他
端をシリンダ5のロツドに係着し、該シリンダを
操作することによりロールを巻芯軸外周面に一定
圧で押圧接せしめるが、上記巻芯軸に誘電体、電
極箔が巻収され、コンデンサ母材6が形成される
とその厚さに応じてシリンダにて揺動させるが常
に巻芯軸への押圧接は一定を保つようになすもの
である。この巻芯軸に対して誘電体や電極箔のロ
ールを取り付けられた軸を所定の圧力で接触させ
ることにより極薄フイルムにかかる張力の分散を
させることができ、この状態で巻き取ることがで
きるのでコンデンサ母材6の巻上り硬さを任意に
変化させることが可能である。さらに巻芯軸とロ
ール取付軸との間に案内ローラやテンシヨンロー
ラ等を用いず素材を巻収したロールを直接巻芯軸
外周と接触させるため、フイルムの走行抵抗蛇行
等がなくなり、特性の安定したコンデンサ母材を
