Further, a sun gear 10 is integrally attached to the auxiliary machine casing 13, and a planetary gear 6 meshing with both the sun gear 10 and an internal gear 8a formed integrally with the input joint 8 is attached to the planetary gear carrier 7. It is rotatably attached via the bin 11 to the holder. An electromagnetic clutch stator 12 is integrally attached to the auxiliary machine casing 13, and this electromagnetic clutch stator 12
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of flat electromagnets are provided in a housing 12a and are arranged at equal intervals on two concentric circumferences, and are held in mounting holes 12b and 12c. 16 (16A, 16B), and each of the flat electromagnets 16 is connected in series to a control circuit (not shown), with the ones 16A attached to the mounting holes 12b and the ones 16B attached to the mounting holes 12c. As shown in FIG. 4, the flat electromagnet 16 consists of a flanged cylindrical outer core 16a, a flanged cylindrical inner core 16b, and a coil 16c.
The flange portion 6a engages with the stepped portions of the mounting holes 12b and 12c to prevent it from being pulled out in the axial direction.

When the internal combustion engine is operating, the V-pulley 1 is driven at a constant speed ratio by a crank pulley attached to the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine via a V-belt. Here, when the electromagnet 16A attached to the attachment hole 12b is energized by a control circuit (not shown).

When the electromagnet to be excited is switched to 16B installed in the mounting hole 12c, only the first movable piece 2 is attracted to the flange IC as described above, so the main power is transferred to the boss part la and the first coil. It is transmitted to the planetary gear carrier 7 via the spring 3. In this case, the sun gear 1 wheel 10. which is integrally fixed to the auxiliary machine casing 13.
The planetary gear 6 and the internal gear 8a formed integrally with the input joint 9 constitute a solar type speed increasing mechanism, and the auxiliary machine is driven with respect to the V-pulley 1 at an increased speed.

The movable iron piece 4 has a stepped inner circumference, the outer diameter of the coil spring 3 is supported by the larger inner diameter portion 4a, and the end portion 3b of the coil spring 3 is inserted into a hole 4b opened in the radial direction. The inner diameter of the small inner diameter portion is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the coil spring 3 in the assembled state. Further, the cover 8A surrounds only approximately one turn from the other end of the coil spring 3. According to this configuration, when the electromagnet is not excited, the movable iron piece 4 is separated from the flange portion 1c by the elastic force in the tensile direction of the coil spring 3, so there is no need to use a permanent magnet. According to this configuration, the area of the movable iron piece 4 facing the electromagnet can be increased, so that the shape of the magnetic circuit is improved.
