本体たる内筒の前記パイプ挿入部の奥部には前記
パイプの開口端を塞ぐゴム栓が当接する底部を有
し、また前記パイプ挿入部には内外周方向に貫通
させてパイプの主部と小径開口端部の外周に夫々
当接するロツクボールが出没可能なテーパ孔を穿
設すると共に、同部の開口端側外周には開口端に
至る程小径になる円錐面部を設け、該内筒の外周
には、同面上を摺動可能で常に前記テーパ孔位置
と反対側方向に付勢されて内筒後部に嵌合されて
いるスライド内筒と、先端開口内周面に形成した
テーパ面が、内筒の前記円錐面と対向し、後端開
口内周面がスライド内筒上に摺動可能に嵌合した
リング止め筒体を介して滑動する外套とを嵌合し
、また内筒と外套の間にはパイプの小径開口部の
外周面部に第２ロツクボールを押圧するテーパ面
を持つリングをリング止め筒体に対向させて嵌合
し、内筒の外周には該内筒と前記スライド内筒を
反対方向に弾発するコイルスプリングを装着する
と共に、前記リングを前記第２ロツクボール方向
に押圧するコイルスプリングを設け、更にスライ
ド内筒の最大後退位置を規制するストツパーを設
