Claims (1)
状態で連通するプラグの嵌挿部を有するソケツト
と、流体通過孔を有しかつ当該流体通過孔と略同
心状態のソケツトへの嵌挿部を有するプラグと、
前記ソケツトとプラグの接続時に両者を係止状態
とするためのスリーブおよびロツクボールと該ロ
ツクボールの係合溝とからなるロツク機構とを備
え、前記ソケツトとプラグの相互嵌挿により前記
ロツク機構を介して両者を接続・分離自在とした
流体継手において、ソケツトに設けた前記ロツク
機構の一部を構成するスリーブのプラグ側開口端
の内周面に当該ロツク機構のロツクボールを求心
方向に押圧するテーパ面をプラグ側に向けて口径
が漸次大きくなるように形成し、また、前記プラ
グに設けたロツクボール係合溝のソケツト寄りの
溝壁面のテーパ角度を、前記テーパ面によつて求
心方向に押圧されるロツクボール押圧力の分力が
ソケツトの奥部方向にプラグを積極的に進出させ
るのに適当な角度に形成すると共に、該ロツクボ
ール係合溝の深さを当該ソケツトとプラグとの接
続時にロツクボールが底面に接触しない寸法に設
定し、更に前記プラグの先端部外周には、ソケツ
トとの接続時に、ソケツト奥部に当接し、かつ、
温度上昇時に変形する金属製シールリングを嵌合
