Abstract

る固定穴7を穿ち、固定用ピン8を前記各穴5.7へ挿
通させて開閉自在に固定したものである。

、ケーシング管14内を下方へゆっくりとスライドさせ
ながら下降させてケーシング管14最下端迄で到達させ
る。該管14の端部に至った自開羽4は、係止板3に予
め装着したキックバネ9又は板バネの押圧力に依って自
動的に徐々に開羽し、回転軸1を回転させることによっ
て拡底孔の掘削を行うものであり、土砂等のスライムの
排出のため適宜回転軸1をドリリングバケット2と共に
引き上げるが自開羽4はケーシング管14の下端で押さ
れて自動的に閉羽しケーシング管内径より小さくなり引
き上げられる。前記の工程を何度も繰返し行い所定の角
度まで自開羽角度調整機構で自開羽4を拡げ拡底孔の掘
削を完了する。

を皆無と成し取扱も極めて容易と成したこともので、工
事関係者の熟練者を必要とせず非熟練者であっても使用
中のアースドリル機の掘削工法を継続するのみで所定の
拡底掘削工事が行え廉価で提供できる装置である。

の上方外周へ、複数枚の縦長の係止板の一側辺を各々の
係止板が放射状に成るように固着し、該各係止板上辺部
位へ自開羽固定用の固定穴を穿設し、自開羽は下端に掘
削刃を設け、該掘削刃が係止板の下辺より下方へ位置す
るように他端部位へ前記係止板と固定する穴を穿ち、固
定用ピンを前記各穴へ挿通させて開閉自在に固定したこ
とを特徴とする基礎杭に於ける拡底掘削装置。
