源の出力光の波長分布とフイルタの動作を説明す
るグラフ、第４図は本考案の光学式回転角速度検
出装置の他の実施例を示すブロツク図、第５図は
従来のリングレーザジヤイロの構成を示すブロツ
ク図、第６図は従来の光フアイバジヤイロの構成
を示すブロツク図である。 １……光源、６……光検出部、７……導波路、
９……信号処理部、１３……フイルタ。
実施例を示すブロツク図、第２図と第３図とは光
源の出力光の波長分布とフイルタの動作を説明す
るグラフ、第４図は本考案の光学式回転角速度検
出装置の他の実施例を示すブロツク図、第５図は
従来のリングレーザジヤイロの構成を示すブロツ
ク図、第６図は従来の光フアイバジヤイロの構成
を示すブロツク図である。 １……光源、６……光検出部、７……導波路、
９……信号処理部、１３……フイルタ。
Claims (1)
- リング状の導波路と、この導波路に向けて互い
に逆方向に伝播する光を出力する光源と、前記導
波路中を伝播した前記両方向の光を受光する光検
出部と、この光検出部の出力信号に基づいて前記
両方向の光の伝播時間差から前記導波路を支持す
る系の回転角速度を求める信号処理部と、前記導
波路を伝播する光の光路中に設けられたフイルタ
から成り、前記光源は、その出力光の波長の変動
幅に比べてその出力光のスペクトラム幅が十分大
きい発光体により前記光を出力し、前記フイルタ
は、前記光源の出力光のうち基準となる波長の光
のみを透過させることを特徴とする光学式回転角
速度検出装置。
