Claims (1)
- レーザを用いた非接触流速計において、レーザ
光源より出射した波長の異なる２本のレーザビー
ムを各々２本の平行なレーザビームに分割する２
組のビームスプリツタを光軸に対して任意の角度
に調整可能で、かつ分割した２本のレーザビーム
に垂直な方向のビームスプリツタの厚さｔをｌｔ
ａｎβ（ここで、ｌは分割したレーザビームの間
隔、βは２組のビームスプリツタの成す角度であ
る。）で与えられる値以下にした２組のビームス
プリツタを有するレーザ流速計。
