運転者用踏板を配設すると共に、上部フレームの幅を狭
くして前後輪間から上部フレーム側方に延在するスペー
スを形成し、このスペースに操向ハンドルの下側に開口
部を有し前下がりに傾斜したバク−ケースを設けたもの
