Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被電位降下検出用電源に充電用抵抗を介し
て接続された充放電用コンデンサと、前記電源の
電圧を第１基準電圧と比較し前記電源電圧が前記
第１基準電圧以下になると出力側がＨレベルから
Ｌレベルに変化して前記充放電用コンデンサを急
速放電せしめる第１コンパレータと、前記充放電
用コンデンサの端子電圧を第２基準電圧と比較し
て前記端子電圧が前記第２基準電圧以下のときに
リセツト信号を出力する第２コンパレータとを具
備したことを特徴とするリセツト信号発生回路。 (2) 第１および第２コンパレータは、出力をオ
ープンコレクタとしたオペアンプからなり、前記
第２コンパレータを構成するオペアンプの出力側
はプルアツプ用抵抗を介して電源に接続してなる
