と、上記油圧室と油圧源とを連通した油圧供給通
路と、この油圧供給通路に接続された油圧解放通
路と、この油圧解放通路に介装され、かつ機関の
加速時に閉状態となる開閉弁と、上記油圧室と外
部の低圧部分との間に設けられたオリフイスとを
